YES❣️The greatest band on this or any other planet❗️🪐🪐🪐🛸🛸🛸⭐️⭐️⭐️👍😎
Couldn't put it any better myself.
Rik Wakeman played an organ in a church in Switzerland on this song. That is why the big sound.
Can not go wrong with these gents. They make you feel better and more connected to it all. Ty for reaction!
I love this song, and I'm glad you hit it. Great analysis, too. 'Going For the One', from the same LP, is also great, and is a wall of sound.
Rick Wakeman looks like a WIZARD on stage surrounded by keyboards with his long blonde hair wearing a full length glitter cape and his hands flying over the keys. Quite a sight to see,,,, and there is the rest of the band too.
Wakeman is a beast of a keyboardist 💕
@@andrewk5710 Very few others can match his mastery.
Rick, THE MASTER🎹🎹🎹🎹🎹🎹🎹🎹🎹👍😎
Ladies and gentlemen YES the greatest show on earth. You said it best: "It has too much life" and your connection to the divine is astute ✨️🎶✨️
36!👍😎
Awaken from this same album has grown to be my favorite. I imagine the devastating awe you would feel entering the throne room of God.
When it comes to instrumental talents few groups can match the mastering like this group. Guitars and Keyboards are exceptional combined with the Bass and Drumming. Add the unique voice of Jon Anderson and all you can say is...."YES"
I've seen them Live three times over three decades and they were incredible each time. Nice Choice again.
Nice. I had the great pleasure of seeing Squire and White 36 times from 1975 to 2015 🎶🙏🎶
Hey Les! You know my number. 214 shows.👍😎
Wow! More power to you & your spot on analysis. Thank you
❤ Chris ❤
You got it! You got the message of the song.
Great track, saw it live in ‘77. Great insightful reaction.
My favorite YES song (Chris Squire wrote it), and that Church organ always gives me chills. This album and HEMISPHERES by Rush were very important to me in 1978, when they blew my 15 year old mind.
Of course, trying to explain why both albums had naked men on their covers to my Conservative (but still cool) Midwestern father wasn't easy. I still can't explain it. I just was too immersed in the music to care.
Saw them in 78 Portland Maine. Opened with this.
Anderson, Squire, Howe. Wakeman, Bruford and White, Yes the classic years.
YES! 😊 I like your interpretation. Jon is a very spiritual person, so you could be right on track.
Nice one Jm.☘️
I think you would particularly like Awaken, a longish work based on the Christian allegorical book, The Singer. It shifts from bolder sections to delicate sections, but is suffused with an air of spirituality, a search for God. Their lyrics are often not very direct, so it does not at all become preachy or even really tell a full story. I particularly love the repeated final line : "Like the time I ran away And turned around And you were standing close to me." Jon Anderson, the lyricist/singer, has confirmed that this is his belief that though we often step away from God, when we turn back and look for Him, he was with us all along though we were turned away.
Yes were fantastic 1970 - 1979.
YES what a great band. I got a couple of their albums eh uh CD's
Owner of a Lonely Heart is still one of my all time favorites.
Great Album although this is one of my lease liked tracks. All are really good though. "It could happen"
It could happen on 90125 😊
It's just too much and sloppy sounding for Yes.
@lauraulnye6857 no the fuck it isn't moron
Not one of top 10 from YES.........
