My first shiny is Hochcrow, next is Cetoodle, and 3rd one is GlaceonFun fact: the first two I mentioned before is not from the mass outbreak, only Glaceon is

I think these special outbreaks have more chances of spawning a shiny. These "golden" outbreaks, these days shud be chansey and cetoddle.

I fell like carbink is the best shiny out of those, but everyone of them is good
