After studying Come Follow Me these last few weeks and living in Asheville, NC, we have had a very real type of the destruction and days of darkness leading up to the appearance of the savior in the America’s. Now this weekend we get to listen to a Prophet’s voice speaking to the world.

My son was at the Omni for a work retreat. It took days to get him out. We have been praying for all of you. Sending love and comfort from UT. Our hearts mourn with you.

Bryce, you totally hit it right on the head about when Jesus groans about the story you told about your son and the stain. That really hit home to me. Thank you for explaining it so well! You both do a great job of explaining the concepts the way the Lord wants us to see things in the scriptures! God bless you both!😊

Loved it. Sent it to family. Have at least one DIL who has always hated the temple attendance. Tried serving there, no improvement. I know others who really don’t enjoy the temple. When I heard your insights, I thought of how I need to improve my temple experience so their experiences, testimony, desires will increase also. The Lord has told us thru our prophets that our temple attendance will extend blessings to our families.
Another pondering this week. I noticed a pattern, to me a pattern, a what’s missing here insight. The names of the disciples - There are two Jonas. There is a set of brothers. There is one who has been raised from the dead. And there is an Isaiah
It is repeat of Christs apostles -
Names changed, pattern the same. What is the significance. What am I not seeing.

@43:00 It's important to remember with Abram and Sarai that they did not receive their new covenant names until *after* they no longer practiced the cultural norm of multiple wives or concubines.

I have one question. We know from the account that the people who gatherered at the temple and heard the Sermon at the Temple were more "righteous" than the general population. I've always assumed that they would be covenant followers of Jesus Christ and would already be baptized members. So its confusing to me that even his disciples and leaders required baptism. I know there is great evidence that the Sermon at the Temple is in fact a temple text for those who are ascending from Terrestrial to Celestial. Please help me understand who was his audience that day. Were there not already baptized members? Im sure Nephi was. Did the Lord require rebaptism? Or is it perhaps the baptism by fire?

Because the law of Moses came to an end and they were initiating into a new law. A new system. A higher law. And baptism is always the entrance.
