the ends of the stirrups need to be in the center of the column , not laying along side the column rebar., like they did in the column at 1:32. also have them stagger the rebar so you dont have all the joints in the same place, like after the ring beam rebar bends around the corner column rebar it should have one piece extending 3 foot onto the next wall, another piece extending 5 foot onto the next wall etc. so where they join the rebar with then next piece they are not all lined up in the same spot.
i noticed that too. if the rebar stirrups ends are not anchored in the center of the column they will open in the event of an earthquake and allow material to escape causing failure. also tell them to prime all the rebar with red iron oxide metal primer before using it so it does not rust inside the cement.

Did you already put termite prevention?
Not yet. Still need to add fill to get the level up to 4" below the finish floor. The plan is to spray for termite and also vapor barrier. Thanks!!
the column at 1:32 had correctly done rebar stirrups, why the others dont ?
the ends of the stirrups need to be in the center of the column , not laying along side the column rebar., like they did in the column at 1:32.

otherwise it looks good !
i noticed that too.

@@justaguy-69 thanks for the input. I'm trusting my foreman as I am from the US, which houses are built very different.
@@peteswanson-j4i thanks. A little late for that though.
