I have been working here as an electrician in the US in construction and have encountered a lot of steel decking work in all kinds of building. I believe your ceiling will be high to run your electrical, mechanical piping and other system. I hate those hollow blocks they should be a pour wall to accomodate the electrical piping and water piping instead of working them after.

Looks good. Just don’t try to paint that steel decking inside it will peel off.
@@kellytraveler4748 Thanks Kelly, no plan to paint, it will be covered with drywall.
You can successfully paint the zinc plating, ie achieve good adhesion, if you use a metal etch primer after surface preparation.

Where are you building and how big is the lot? Is your builder local? Are there anymore lots available?
