Hi Kev and Sella. It is definitely looking great and coming along very well. I am enjoying the water well drilling because I will have to drill a water well also and now I can have an idea of just how long it will take and I will see how they will hook up everything for the water system, so thank you for videoing the whole drilling process. Keep up the great work and I know that you guys are getting excited about closeness to the finish line. Take care and looking forward to the next video. God blessings to you all there and be safe.

It’s really coming along nicely 👍
I’m curious about the fill. No thought of using a mix of gravel and sand? Or is gravel too cost prohibitive there?
Maybe I missed it, but how deep are they sinking your well?

messaged you earlier in the build think i mentioned we come over very start of December. hoping to look at a plot about 35 mins out of cebu city, if its still available, quite a large area nearly three hectares in hilly area but nice looking place, thats why i was interested what your budget was for actual build. land IF its still there will be about 8 million pesos, was hoping to build house for about the same or tiny bit less.

Hi Steve. Good luck with your land. If you are going to be the builder/contractor, you should be able to build something close to just over 300sqm. This 300 + sqm would include the house, parking and any porches/patios. These prices are here, local in my area, so your price may vary.

Everything is looking great Kevin. How many gallons per minute due they think the well will produced? My new well has a 6” casing, a stainless holding tank that hangs in the well casing. The well pump is on demand so no need for well house etc.. Well technology is really progressing in the US.

    Hi, I'm your new subscriber
I see when you laid the first row of haloblocks you didn't do waterproofing underneath it.
And this is bad because the whole wall will draw moisture from the concrete.
It is already clear that there is mold on the first rows.
And then all this will go to plastering and will be inside the house.

It looks great, Kevin. I hope my biggest obstacle will be buying this piece of land. Do you think it is wise to bring construction tools there I have lots of tools, cut off saws, gas, saws I’ve done concrete and build houses all my life I thought about putting it all in a container and shipping it. I checked into shipping, my cars and my trucks. The price was cheap but they were charging me 85% tax on my vehicles.

It took us a while to find this piece of land. I didn't bring any tools due to the 110 220 thing. Bringing cars here gets real expensive. I sold my TRX and modded C7 Z06 before I came.

32:25 hello kevin.. nice progress on the house built. i just noticed the car port beam of 7.7m is supported by cantilever beams. can the cantilever beams and the columns be able to support the load? is it structurally sound?

Looks absolutely great. I don’t know if you could have that much built in three months in the US. I hope buying a piece of land is my biggest obstacle. I live in Pittsburgh now. Just can’t wait to get over there and build a good question. I’ve done construction all my life is it worth bringing a bunch of my tools. I do have a cut off, saw welders, all sorts of hand, tools, shovels, concrete tools I thought about putting a lot of this stuff in a large container and having it shipped, I don’t know I shipping my cars. They want to charge 85% tax on the cars. The shipping of cars was cheap. They’re only 2500 apiece.

@@danielsimms3361I love it here. I used to have allot of tools also as I used to drag race semi- professionally. I gave most of my tools to my son. The prices for told here isn't too bad, although I just spent $100 on a good set of drill bits today. The electrical stuff I'm not sure will work without a power converter so I just buy here as I need stuff. I sold my Ram TRX and modded C7 Z06 that made 800 WHP. That would have been fun here. Either way, get your butt here, you won't be sorry.
