If u put a u shape pipe on the bottom of your long pipe you can fill entire pipe with feed and the u shape will act as the feeder and stop feed from coming out. And have drinkers near inner walkways so u can pull them up to clean. Then u have no contact with birds. Good luck
OMG it's really beautiful 😍😢 Thank you sir for your information I can't believe I learn all these for free May God continue blessing the work of your hands 🙏
You make me to be a chicken owner I bought 30 chickens to start my poultry in my yard keep good work I live in south Africa my name is Thabo Tootse thanks my brother I love you
having broilers a long side layers chickens is a good idea, you can make double the money, especially during Christmas and other holidays seasons, and the laying nest is ingenious, first time I see one of that style that was not made from Iron, amazing love it!
Two questions please: 1) Aren't you worried that rain water will come in from either side of the building? 2) will the purity of the wood shavings floor last until the next batch of chickens?
If he deep layers like 6t inches of shavings it will last the 6-8 weeks with going in and moving shavings around plus chickens will kick it around if it rains in again there won’t be a issue water will drain out this is what I do in my leanto for meat chicks
The house is too beautiful…am sure the chickens have all to do now for ur work is well done! I intend to start from the coop that u built for your granny( may she continue resting well), and hope to grow to your current level! Keep up the good job Retired Doctor Daniel (RDD)
I love the innovations, Dan, if the egg collection system works, that will reduce the expensive installation of battery cages. Great job. You are my inspiration.
Revolutionary ideas, especially with the efforts to automate the feeding system as well as the egg collect system. How would you guys manage water from entering the structure when it rains???
Wow you got it going on Dr Daniel thanks for sharing. Love the fact that your chickens will have plenty of ventilation and keeping the floor 6or more inches deep makes it better to keep clean and smell down
Wao!Dr., Your passionate about poultry can just bloo my mind.and I pray to God to keep giving you more knowledge to educate we young generation through this plat form because really you are not jealous with knowledge. Now Dr i have a challenge in my poultry farm which i started over your teaching but now feeds feeds problem can you please tell me how i have to mix those feeds using concentrate.thanks
How will you protect the birds from side rain, wind blown side rain and heavy winds, or just regular cold weather? Even if you had a heater in there, won't you spend much on electricity coz the wind blows your heat all over the place?
Normally they have hanging sheets where they can be rolled down incase of extreme whether conditions. Again the ventilation is everything. Air should be able to enter and leave from opposite direction.
Wow this is so impressive! I am new to your channel and I will be watching and learn some lessons! We just bought our over 10 acres in Texas two weeks ago and we will be doing different farming.
Hey doctor Daniel love the video keep it up. Maybe you could do a video on how to price your chicken for both more profits and a good price for customers
Wooow! This is so amazing Dr. Daniel. Keep inspiring us my brother. As always good content. This is a content that I can consume any time with no complain. I’m following your footsteps , and I’m hoping to visit you soon Thanks for sharing with us. 👏
Wow!!! this is wonderful and great bro, Keep it up , I bet am buying your idea, however i have a question which heating system will you adopt to warm your chicks coz am seeing a lot of space ? expecting a solution in your next video
Great work Dr Daniel. Congrats. I have a question, please. Is the barn for newly hatched chicks? I asked because I think the mesh is not suitable for brooding, as a lot of heat will be lost quickly, compared to the other chicken houses you had before the current one.
Doing great brother man. Just looking forward to the finished product and how you will manage the challenge of coldness at night because you have a lot of open areas, also the rains and what sort of heating will be in place because that structure been made out of mostly wood, not a very good idea using charcoal for heating. Overall this is motivating and praying for your success
I love how passionate you are with your farm. No matter what animal you have the passion stays the same. Love it.
Thanks
Daniel where is the farm I visit. Or contact number

The shavings don't get wet..no rain enters. And the shavings stay in the whole lifespan of the birds
We thank God for the work of your hands 🙏

Everything is been Intelligently thought out
The idea of delivering food to the chicken is good but the disadvantage is huge but no one wll notes it unless the oiping size is reculculated
Good work done
