This cover is absolutely great don't get me wrong, but if you want to mimic mark as close as possible, this isn't the best choice.
Still probably the most enjoyable cover I heard.

That is beyond me, since 2 left feet and matching "tin ears" automatically eliminate me from being a musician, but I know talent when I hear it, and watching the musical notations flying by on the screen are subtle signals to me to forget learning music, but rather to be happy listening to it. The musicians who see what you have done owe you a debt of gratitude for helping them tro visualize what to do. And I like your 'clean' style, no unnecessary frills, just damn fine musicianship. I usually play Mark Knopfler's songs with my fingers but in this case I have played with fingers and pick because I find it more practical although sometimes I also play it only with my fingers. In general (for Knopfler songs) I prefer the fingers but I think there is no such a big difference, many times you notice it more with the eyes than with the ears :-) Thank you very much and greetings from Galicia (Spain)
