Thank you good review! Seems like a great option, though a bit hissy and it seems to cut out briefly here and there 15:10 is an example which is concerning due to it being so close. But for the price very good sound. Best part for me is the dual transmitter kit can do stereo so as both mics can be on separate channels which is essential for my workflow.
Yes overall very reliable and didn’t give me any real problems. I’m happy with it and will be using for my paid gigs. I trust it. Thanks Michael for your feedback.
@@LEOPAZZOPRODUCTIONS I ended up buying the Synoco as well. Truly fantastic for the price and so far is working well for me. Thanks your review it helped my decision.

I have reset them and also emailed Synco I will try them again today . If it does it again its in the trash ... Others have had the same issues ..... My connections are tight and was in different locations each time it happened .. I hope i can salvage them hate to buy the same thing twice ..

Are you using the built in mic or Lav mic ? Feel free to msg me to try and trouble shoot ur mic . I’m curious to see what the problem is. Thanks.
I bought the G1 (A2) set up, I really like them they are super compact. but they cut out constantly, even when I change to different channel. Very frustrating and super unprofessional. Any Idea on how to fix this?
Hey thanks Dan Evans for the feedback. I have noticed that it is best to use this mic in line of sight of the transmitter and receiver. Sometimes how far away you are and what environment you are in. By simply turning your back to the camera where the receiver is, could cause the audio to drop out. How far are you using this mic kit? What environment are you in? Also what temperature is the environment that you are working in? Could heat be an issue ? Talk soon
Low cut filter will cut out any of the lower frequencies / sounds . It does help when there is some background noise that you don’t want the mic to record .
Hey Howard , 2 months later the mic kit is still working good for me. I tend to use the built in mic more often just because it is easier for me as I don’t need the Lav cable. Being wireless with no cables just makes me feel free when I have the mic on me or the subject I’m filming / recording. The internal battery lasts long enough to cover my general approximate 2-3 hour filming time. It hasn’t died on me during a shoot. The gain control button on the side of the device will allow you to control the mic gain. I’d say this gain control setting will need to be adjusted according to each different filming environment. Headphones will be very important when using any mic kit so we can monitor the audio before recording. So being able to adjust your mic gain is very important and we can do that with this mic kit. Which is nice 👍. And I also adjust my cameras mic level input settings to approx -12dB to -6dB depending what camera and mic I am using. If you like I can share some more recent videos or tests with this mic.
Thanks for the update Leopazzo. I've got the original wireless go and the volume drops with lav on it too. I think ill get one of these Syncos just for the 2 to 1 capability. Thanks!
Yea I’d say get one snd test it out right away and see how it compares and how you like it. Buy from a place that you can return it just in case. Will you prefer the G1 A1 with 1 mic or the G1 A2 that comes with 2 mics ? The A2 would be a nice option to have 2 mics if needed.

Hello, thank you for your very thorough and informative video. I have one question. How do you get this wireless mic to work with your MacBook or iMac computer. My Macs does not recognise the speaker. I had a Rode wireless and that was complicated to get it connected to the Mac but eventually after looking at the several videos on TH-cam I found one video that worked and allowed the Rode to connect to the Mac. Now I have bought this Synco and it is not being recognised by the Mac. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
Hey thrrr Fitness Fern - great question. Unfortunately I do not own a Mac. I will take your question and hope to find out for you 100% . But until then I have a few questions for you. What kind of mic input jack does your Mac use ? Is it a 3.5mm aux cable or some other input method ?
Just bought one of these. In-built mic sounds great - but as soon as I plugin in the included Lavalier microphone, it sounds quite crunchy and distorted. Did you notice that pre-processing??
Hey Adam thanks for watching. To be honest I don’t think I really noticed this when using the Lav mic that is included with this kit. Have you tried to plug in another brand Lav mic in the transmitter ? Maybe that will confirm if it’s the Lav or something else . I’m thinking the Lav mic does sound different then the built in mic. And yes it might sound a little more crisp. But not crunchy. Maybe you are getting interference because you have the transmitter in your pocket or slightly blocked from clear line of sight of the receiver on camera . Keep trying I hope you can get to make it work as you need. Keep us updated bro 😎🎧🔊🎥💯💪
@@LEOPAZZOPRODUCTIONS I have tried another brand. I’ve been in contact with the UK Amazon seller for Synco, and they’re trying to claim that my mic is too close, although it’s halfway down my chest! I can treat it really easily in Pro Tools but it is disappointing straight out the box
Adam Whalley hey bro have you tried to make sure that gain control for the mic is not all the way up. I would make sure that it is at its lowest gain setting. It has 4 gain settings 1-2-3-4. Put on headphones and listen to see what setting it is on. That is the only way to know what setting you are on is by listening with headphones before you start recording. The lav mic I believe is a bit more sensitive then the built in mic. Please try again with gain control all the way down at level 1 which I believe will be 0dB . You can also try the low cut filter to see oft bat helps. Also a very important factor is your camera or recording device that you have the receiver plugged in. Make sure your internal camera mic menu settings are set to low. Mine is set to -6 or -12 db on my camera mic menu settings. Because my camera has a auto gain control. Which I can not disable it but I can can reduce its effect. Keep me updated . If you like you can msg me on Facebook or Instagram or email.

I absolutely can not get my reciever to connect to my iphone or android. I'm using the phone cable and have tried it now with multiple iPhones and an android. Any tips?
If you are using the correct phone cable it should work. My guess could be that sone settings on the phone may need to get changed so the phone recognized the mic as a mic and not headphones or some other device. I managed to get this mic working with my iPhone 12 pro max with the Apple lightening cable to 3.5mm female. Let me know how you resolve this. Thnx
Hi, I use this set for my pranks. My wife films from about 15 to 20ft away with a gopro hero 7 black. I'm not sure about the gain button & how would I know what number it is set to from 1 to 4. Will it be set to 1 everytime I switch it on ? Do i have to set it everytime i use it? Thankyou
Hey there Bushman thanks for tuning in. Great question . The gain control has 4 levels . To be totally honest the best way to know what setting it is on. You HAVE TO plug in headphones into the receiver or camera and listen. Press it and listen to how it sounds. Each click increases the gain from 1-2-3-4 and then back to 1 again. I find the 1-2 gain is where I use it most because im that way it doesn’t record too loud. And I can adjust in post if needed. Every time you turn ON the mic I suggest to listen to headphones. I believe that the device will remain on the same gain setting as when you powered it OFF. Hope this helps. 🎧🎥🎙💡💯💪

Mateusz Sosna hey Mateusz good question. No this mic kit does not have auto gain control. You have to adjust it yourself as there are 0-8db manual gain control on the unit.
