No adapter needed. This lens fits right on the camera. All I did to the video footage was color grade it to give it the color look / feel like I liked.

I use manual focus for all sports filming because I can’t trust the auto focus in critical moments like sports filming. I hear the gh7 does have better auto focus but I don’t own a gh7 so I can’t say from experience.

@@FluidSurfing ​​⁠I have been thinking to get a gh7 but I’m just going to stick with my gh6 for now because I also have 3 Z Cam cinema cameras. But the gh6 has been working like a champ. So recently I’m thinking about getting another gh6 if I sell one of my z cams. I haven’t fully decided.

You can plug in several different cameras via hdmi and then plug in a bunch of different audio inputs like microphone. Then you can switch between these cameras and audio inputs on the fly for a live product or podcast. It is jammed packed with so many features. I’ll leave a link to my full detailed review video all about this device.

Yes correct. I’m using a DC to USBc cable. I got this cable custom made a few months ago from Alvin Cables. Allows me to use the USBc for DC devices. Haha gotta love it.

Hey there. I haven’t used the gm55 but I see the specs on their site. I have been using Desview monitors for a few years now and they are still working. No issues at all. They have many monitor tools that help you film. I’m happy with it. Which Desview monitor are you thinking to get ?

@@EUGEN_VIDEO ​​⁠ hello. Yes I think the gimbal L bracket will mount and support Panasonic S1 or S1H cameras. Because I am using Panasonic GH6. Similar cameras. Maybe the S1 or S1H might be a little more heavier. I believe that you will have to use a small compact prime lens to help you balanace your camera on this gimbal. That is why I am using the gh6 with Laowa 7.5mm lens or similar small prime lenses to help distribute the weight for balancing purposes. Hope this helps. Yes you are correct. I used a knife to break the plastic bars that are blocking the screw thread holes.

You can use any usb memory card to load luts to the Desview monitors. Which Desview monitor do you have? Please explain as much as possible so I can understand 100% your issue. So I can try to help.

@@LeoPazzo I have a desview R6 UHB, I have inserted a USB memory, and if it recognizes it but the luts that I loaded do not appear, it appears empty, that is why I wanted to try loading the folders that you have, I would greatly appreciate it

Hey buddy. I have been using my G7 hdmi input and output with no problems every time I connect it. But if I do use the hdmi out I don’t normally send the hdmi out to another monitor. I used send the hdmi out to a wireless transmission system. I’m trying to think of a time that I used the G7 hdmi output connected to another monitor or TV. My first guess would be the extra external monitor or tv maybe doesn’t support the hertz or fps that is coming out of the T7. Maybe try changing the cameras resolution to 29fps or 30fps or 59fps or 60fps. If you want me to specially test this for you with my G7 then I have no problem testing it out for you and follow up with my results. Let me know if the above suggestions help.

I contacted the Osee and they told me I need to upgrade my firmware which I did, still doesn't work, I even tried different fps as you suggested with no result, I have done this before and it worked in other places. Hey Colorado what’s up man. So I think an issue could be with how many step up rings you are using. I’m not sure how many step up / down rings you are using but I would first suggest to get ONE specific step up ring that fits your lens to the ND filter. That would be my first and cheapest option I would try first. If that doesn’t work then I would maybe suggest buying a matte box so you can use 4x5.6 ND filters like shown in this video. I am using this matte box and ND filter kit on the sigma 18-35mm lens on my Lumix GH6 camera and at 18mm I am not get any vignetting. Again my camera is a micro four thirds sensor so it is 2x more zoomed in then maybe your Sony full frame. I would order this matte box and filter and if it don’t work then return it. Hope this helps. @@LeoPazzo The lens has the treads but its diameter is 40.5 - in the teleprompter kit there is no suitable lens. plus even if I get one from somewhere i am worried the retractable lens motor will be overloaded with weight of the teleprompter.

@@kutuhaliqyes that a good point. It will create extra weight at the front of the lens and possibly bother the zoom motor depending what lens you have. You know your camera and lens best but if your thinking it will be to heavy for your setup then don’t bother. Maybe try a smaller lighter teleprompter or weight wait until you upgrade camera and lens. Another option is to film with your mobile phone mounted to the back of the teleprompter as I believe it comes with mobile phone adapters and clamp.

Ola amigo. I had to translate you message into English for me to understand it. So I will do my best to answer your question. I have a feeling this same issue happened to me. And what fixed this issue was me plugging in the RGBlink into my computer to a usb 2.0 connection. I had issues when I plugged the RGBlink switcher into usb 3.0. So please try usb 2.0 and hopefully it helps. Let me know if this helps you solve your problem.

Hey I got this D-tap to DC cable that powers the monitor from the V-Mount battery from Amazon. I did also use another DC cable that can power the monitor by plugging into the wall. I don’t 100% remember where I got this DC power cable from but I believe I got it from one of my other camera accessories like a wireless video transmitter or camera monitor or something. If I recall correctly the Desview monitor can accept a range of DC input power from 8v to 17v. Hopefully this helps answer your question. Hey Chris. I haven’t tested specifically the URSA mini camera with this monitor because I don’t use that camera. But I can tell you that I have a few Z Cams and a Lumix GH6 and I film with these cameras at 4k 24fps all the way up to 4k 120fps and no issues with the monitor displaying an image when filming and playback. This monitor is my favourite monitor and I have several monitors from Desview and Shimbol. I can 100% recommend this monitor. Any other questions feel free to let me know. 🎥💯

I don’t own that camera or phone so I haven’t tested it it sounds like it will be ok.

yes agree 60fps would be better option, but to save some space on the memory cards using 30fps is why I choose to shoot at 30fps.

I don't think there is a recent firmware update. I have made some suggests to Shimbol but I don't think they took my suggestions into account for a firmware update. they are more concerned about releasing new products instead of improving what they have already released. this is my experience and opinion of Shimbol approach.

thank you for your feedback. sorry for the delayed reply. yes you can make custom 9x16 marker. I did. As far as the recording I don't recall if it records the audio as well. To be honest this recording feature is just one of the suggestions I made to Shimbol to improve in a future firmware update. I dont like the fact that the as soon as I press record on the monitor, my custom 3d lut is removed and not recorded on the monitors backup video file. As well as the focus peaking is disabled as soon I press record on the monitor along with some other features get disabled when enabling recording on the monitor. I tried to make these suggestions to Shimbal but no luck from my end. Maybe if we have some more users make these suggestions then maybe they will consider to make the improvements in the latest firmware. thank you.
