Jack I like watching these build series I have an old bikes myself and you give the motivation to keep them up and running. I have modified them to run enduros. Thanks and keep up the great content.
i am in the process of rebuild top end, the water seal broke and the water pass to the cylinder, is a new bike for me, so when i opened i saw the sleeve is so thin and has a very little crack so im going to replate, i boought a pistón 66.95 mm so is standar i guess, but it seems is the same i take off. why is that, any ideas?
do you mean your new piston is the same size as your old piston? its fine if it is because when you get your cylinder replaced they will there bore it out to whatever size you need to suit your new piston.
Can you tell me what after market exhaust fits my rmx 250 1997 I can't get a exhaust for it it's been sitting in my garage for a year now please can you help
I don't know if there are any available that "fit" without modification. older model rm250 expansion chambers may fit. and for the muffler I think DEP make a muffler that will fit (same as 96-00 rm250 muffler)
Great video Jack!
Cheers!
Thanks for making these videos, I have a 1996 Rmx and just did a full tear down
No problem mate, glad you enjoy them, good luck with the rebuild 👍
Put a hot crank in it and she’s a ripper
a good upgrade is a rm cylinder, carb and pipe for the rmx!
