    22:39 did the assistant chef just drop, then pick up the chopsticks and then use to stir the noodles? By the look of how they prepared food in the floor early on, I’d say yes.

      I thought she did too, but she didn’t. She transferred the chopsticks to her other hand and picked up something off the ground so it does kinda looks like she dropped them.

      Lol then u don't know anything Chinese restaurant and RAMEN restaurant in general in Japan. This is commonly scenario known and seen that's in Japan chef wear boots for this reason as floor is always wet from draining hot noodles and throwing excessive food

    You just add the sanitizer packs directly to the floor water... That way its super simple. Dirty hands? Just rub them in the floor water. Dirty pot? Just rinse it with the floor water.

      @@amandeepbaa6978 japan is actually very clean, but you can read in the title saying chinese master chef japanese style. So its just japanese style but the people are chinese. No wonders given. Real Japanese people dont cook that dirty.

    비위생의 달인 소리 듣겠는데요... 제일 눈에 띄는게 흥건한 주방 바닥과 식기, 조리도구의 잘못된 사용.
    조리 도중 여기저기 튄 음식물 파편들은 눈에 들어오지 않을 정도로 말입니다...

    I had to stop when he got the baseball bat out of the pot on the floor..the whole place looked so filthy and just gross..what is master about that? I could not look at anymore the floor was getting to look more like what they had been cooking and walking in🤢🤮 I'll pass..

      @Amandeep baa far from it..I love watching how other countries cook..I know things are so different.. in fact I like checking out how they do what they do. But this is out and out dirty..the floor was terrible..I've seen people with running drains under where they are cooking before..but this was filthy..end of! Nothing would convince me otherwise.

    It all looks good but I wouldn’t feel comfortable eating from a kitchen so unsanitary looking. The one thing that really impressed me was the soup was still simmering when he took the lid off to eat it.

      I was thinking the same thing. He’s standing in a bacteria swimming pool and putting cooking pots on the floor, then transferring the contents into another vessel. There’s no way to stop contamination from running into the food. Definitely not Japanese method.
