If you turn it off, you’d hear close to nothing unless your RPM is pass 4000. The LCI model has its exhaust toned down and isn’t as rich as the pre-LCI. In a way, I love it but some people has called it syok sendiri 😂

Dont worry, this M340i is built in Malaysia. But as for the burbles, even the 2022 prefacelift model dont have it. U wan loud sport sound, get 2019 model. Full fat burble like any sport sedan.
But to be honest, M3 Competition xDrive's data for the 0-100 km/h could be also a underrated data as well... the official data is 3.5 seconds, but in fact, most of the drivers tested for 3.2 seconds or less, or even less than 3 seconds sometimes. This one does not become a point for me lol

Great review of the car. But is the unit you tested affected by the infamous front axle knocking sound (tie rod, steering rack, etc.) especially when it is at low speed over humps or uneven road surface?
Love the car except for the gear shifter 🤣 some people may like it. But not me. m340i was one in my list. Didnt go for it because of the gear. End up i bought A35 AMG. If they use normal gear shifter, M340i will be one of my top choice 🥲

I been looking at a 2023 m340i xdrive that is pretty much loaded, and exclusivly dravit grey and only got 6k miles on it, and is selling for like 66k after taxes and fees, or should I buy a new 2024 which comes to about 72k after taxes and fees, but not as loaded only a few significant features and does not have the dravit grey. Is there anything particularly new and different from the 2023 and 2024? I know they are almost identical but just wondering.
Buy used bro cheaper than new one the trick is just to put the vin on bmw website to see if the person got the extended warranty because the brakes at 20k miles would be 1.6 k😂
Love the engine, love the exterior design but BMW trying to be a tesla minimalist interior is a no-no. That widescreen doesn't and the minimalist AC system (deleted real buttons) belong in performance BMWs.

Which is more important than the stupid 0-100 Sprint is 0-200 kmh or 100-200 kmh. In this the M3 annihilite the M340 for a lot of seconds.

The M3's are not as comfortable to daily drive. Trust me, I had one. Great for spirited fast drives, annoying in cities.
New M240 is a lot cheaper, better looking and slightly quicker because it weighs less. If you don’t need 4 doors buy the M240 coupe.
