Very nice ideas, especially about the footwork with resistance bands.
On a side note, winter is a perfect season to train in the full gear, which can be quite uncomfortable in summer...

Good video, conditioning is definitely important.
I love your videos and i have notifications set, but they never show up on my feed.
Well, unfortunately TH-cam new ways of dealing with subs are making life harder for makers (like me) who rely more on people with specific interests, rather than random 15 seconds short viewer who watch cats and pranks all day long.
Try anyway to go on the subscribe button and select "receive all notification" because it generally set it not on that option, funny enough.

Good stuff as usual! I already do a lot of this, but I think I'll have to try including the resistance bands as you did here.
I also recommend it! I got a *massive* improvement in footwork (speed, form, and step length) and therefore measure management since I started using them!
I work on my cardio because I get tired in sparing. So I walk for about a mile. Then I work on Myers square, my footwork, and the new trick of the weak, then for as long as I can work at full speed.
As someone who can't get to a club but loves training this kind of video is great! Please do many more videos like this!

@@FedericoMalagutti Thank you. The (Italian) long sword is such a great weapon (and sport), any opportunity to learn is a wonderful opportunity.
Wow, it sure looks effective and doesn't require much. All you need is a sword and elastic band. I sure will give it a shot couple of times since now I can't really join any club (too little time to commit :C)

Wudang Elixir Sword and Tai Chi Sword
Shaolin Breezing Sword
Iaido
Kendo &
Battojutsu
Of all those styles Wudang was by far the most difficult to learn
