    I am only 18 years old and everyday I am so fatigued and tired...my shoulder is in pain right now, and my spine seems to crack everyday. Your videos help me so much. This one was particularly difficult as I haven't stretched in quite a few days, but I really want to make efforts to keep stretching everyday. I was on a roll for a week, and was even starting dumbbell exercises. Thank you, you help so many people.

    I just felt a wonderful sense of gratitude to you Jessica and myself . Thank you for a great session (with the rain, can’t have been easy, but you’re class) that really woke me up after a bad nights sleep.     I hope your tests go well. I enjoy working out with you every day. I’m a mom of 7 and have shoulder injuries that made it hard to workout. So glad I found your channel. It has something for days I can’t do as much and things to challenge me.

Phillipians 4:8Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.
    I have been learning to very seriously practice gratitude to God who loves us so much and thinking on good things. Learning this during a season of healing from terrible anxiety and panic attacks. The discouraging voice comes from the devil and he is a liar!!!

    I'm not sure if you read comments on TH-cam. Seems nowhere to put a comment on the app. You mentioned you were waiting on test results and I was floored because I just got a notification that my own test results came in, and instead of rushing to check them, I decided I wanted to finish up with my work and do my pilates today before I looked at them.
    I hope that no matter the results you received, you're indeed still feeling grateful to yourself and your body 🙏 ❤

    Thankyou for this Jessica. I found you through your bloating and digestion workout which ive found very helpful. Ive never really exercised at all and boy does my body know it. Its my aim to improve my mobility and flexibility and im going to make my way through your videos each day to help me do that. I have endometriosis too so it feels good to exercise along with someone who understands how that can affect the body x

    Thanks for a lovely session Jessica. Your videos are a good length and the variety always allows me to choose one depending on how I’m feeling on the day. I enjoyed the gratitude session…apparently so did my dog who decided to lick the soles of my feet while I was doing the arm exercises!
