It’s so interesting to me that people spend their time writing negative comments on videos. If don’t like a video- I’m just going to turn the video- not give someone more views - and I’m certainly not going to waste my own time by making unnecessary negative remarks- that’s just dumb. Big fan of your show CJ- don’t change a thing! 🎉🎉
Ashley, you’re so dang cool!! Thank you for the very kind words and all the love and support! Haters are always gonna be around, and they can say what they feel lol it doesn’t hurt me at all. We have fun with it!
School is finally out, summer has begun, so I can start binge-watching and trying your recipes and all of the others! Your show is awesome the way it is- let the haters hate; they bring more comedy to the show!
7:54 awesome CJ, I had fun making these tonight. Only issue I had was my corn tortillas crumbled so had to warm them on flattop before dipping in sauce. In the end turned out yum! Love watching your videos.
Oh no!! Had they dried out? That’s a bummer dude. But glad you rallied! One thing I’ve learned over the last three years of cooking in front of the camera…just go with it lol sometimes things don’t work out like you think and you just adjust on the fly. Cheers my dude!
As a former New Mexican I have a hack for your hack. Prior to adding the enchilada sauce to you pan sauté a quarter of an onion, diced in the pan. When it is soft add the sauce and a 1/2 teaspoon of cumin. I find it makes Old El Paso taste like NM flat enchiladas.
Just got back from vacation saw this video today! Made them for supper and they were delicious! Great recipes, great movie clips! A hell of a lot more entertaining than any Food Network show!
Dude those Birria Tacos look amazing going do these tonight. It is Tuesday, so taco Tuesday. Been watching you guys since I got my 22" Blackstone Adventure a couple of months ago First time commenting, and you guys are great. Love The Bantor, and the Did You Know, but my favorite is the movie quotes. This proves my point, I have been telling my wife for years "Everything is a line from a movie or a song." We love the show and binge-watch it a lot. Keep up the crazy.
Trust me on this one brosef. Blend that can of enchilada sauce with a can of chipotles in adobo sauce. And dice up some plablanos. Roast them on the griddle with some avocado oil. Sprinkle that in. And you make this dish 10 times better.
@@CJ_Frazierthat's exactly what I was thinking. Been looking to make this recipe so I watch about 50 videos take the best parts of all and come up with the hybrid recipe that works, like I do with just about everything I cook😁👍 !!!
These looked so damned tasty, and I've been doing the slow-cooked birria tacos for years. But when I don't have the time I'll definitely be giving these a try. And ignore the haters. There's only about 215000 other cooking channels on social media; I'm sure they can find one that meets their stuffy standards. Keep on doing what y'all do!
Bro, the classic Birria is always the winner. But this is a great way to get the flavor with none of the time. Thanks for the love my man! We’ll keep the fun coming! 🔔🔔🍻🍻
NEAT idea using the Enchilada sauce as basting coat, that is a great new twist I had not spotted and I am going to try. Also, you could change up the meats or chicken or shrimp, love this, good work CJ.
@@CJ_Frazier I certainly will, got guests coming in and this is perfect, getting so I have to catch your videos to make the grocery lists. Lord, I'm hooked!!
Yeah, traditional is amazing. BUT, I LOVE that this makes Birria much more accessible to many. I just recently received a 36" BlackStone Griddle and will MOST definitely be making this! Love your show.
Love the show, probably because half of what I say is a quote from a movie. Anyway, I just got a 36” Blackstone. There is so much space on it! It’s making my head spin how many activities I can do with it.
I like your videos, looks like you and your crew are having fun and that’s what’s counts. Plus tried making a few meals from your videos, turned out great. Keep it up.
Ring and bring that! 🔔 I have watched almost all of you and Nathan’s videos over the last couple years and I have to say, this is by far my favorite cheat, because It takes me hrs or 2 days to cook Birria! How can I make the enchilada sauce better for dipping because my family likes dipping Birria in the sauce/juice! I am so doing this! Cj they look amazing! 🤩
Felicia!! You’re such an amazing human. Thank you for all the support! And definitely use the sauce to dip. I would add some diced onion, lime juice and a little beef broth and reduce it down a bit to have a bangin sauce for dipping.
Really glad that you mentioned that Blackstone Griddles was on Rumble now. Good to know since you never know when TH-cam might shut down, so I went to my Rumble login and Folllowed ya'll.
Hey CJ man I love watching all the new recipe videos man, I don’t have a Blackstone (yet) BUT! I have a black stone and love it. I’ve not made these tacos yet but plan to. I am interested to find out about your griddle. I realize your cooking area seems to be closed on three side open on one. You’re cooking basically indoors and wondering if this griddle is a different type than mine to be able to cook inside. Mine doesn’t have a lid. Maybe I can use mine in a similar conditions but would like your input.
Great question! So in my area I’m only able to find them at Publix, a great grocery store chain here in Florida. I don’t find them in other stores here but they’re located in the produce section pre bagged. Dude I hope you find them soon! Those are a HUGE favorite with my wife.
