I can't thank you enough. I still don't think I have what it takes to do these upgrades to my car (heck - I don't even have tools) but I really enjoy watching them.
If you don't go into the expert mode it's actually very easy and user friendly and you can always revert it back if you want to get it back to what it was.
Is this vgate adapter still works. There is a rumour that this vgate icar pro isnt recomended by bimmercode and that with new update from bimmercode it isnt work any more. Can you please check and let me know because I order this vgate and next week I will have it but Im worries that it will not be working on BMW. My BMW is X5 F15. Thank you on info

It is not Beamer code. Check the spelling and you will see that it is Bimmer code for a good reason. Beamer refers to BMW motorcycles. Bimmer refers to the car. Now you know! You're welcome :)

My 2011 unfortunately does not offer the Boot Animation under Headunit. I bought the apps and adapter this weekend thanks to your video.

It does just a handful of options don’t. I performed many of them
The sport Display is something that doesn’t work on 2011 unfortunately
So when your done coding, does the device need to stay in the obd port? Or can you take it out?
Does the high beam assist work? Noticed you don’t have the auto button on the stalk so not sure if it would work or not?

Does the BimmerCode scan the car for engine light,etc?
For stuff like that you'd need Bimmerlink however Bimmercode does delete all error codes that temporarily appear whilst coding the car.

No, does not do engine tuning.
