Also, if you put your car in m/s mode and turn it of, it will put it on parking as on video, but the gear lever will return automatically to the normal position.

About the button to open the trunk on the driver's seat, have you tried keeping it pressed to see if it closes? Usualy automatic trunks work like that, press once to open, press and hold to close.
it does ;) though you need to keep it pressed until it closes completely or you are left with it half way open 😅

A few other really cool secret features most if not all BMW’s have that most people don’t know about.
First- let’s call this one, road side safety lights, say you’re stuck on the road at night, (this works for left side or right) and you want to illuminate the side close to traffic, with the door open, push the left blinker handle down for like 10 seconds and release, the left side rear and front lights will stay on. Push the blinker handle to the right, same will happen. Also, if you push the handle forward for 10 seconds, when you turn off the car, your head lights will stay on for like 15 or 30 seconds. This is called nighttime illuminated walkway. Or something like that.

Yes it is simple coding option. I recommend any cheap Bluetooth reader and Bimmercode app. 5 min job and you can change between two colours

Yes it’s called bmw connected I drive it’s a paid service
At 2:34 your left tank (sensor) seems empty. I have the same problem with my F10 occasionally and I can't fill up fully my tank. Do you experience the same?
Did you get your injector fuel pump replaced? Had the same problem
@@bigdz5969 Eventually the problem went away on its own. Sometimes it happens again but very rare depending how I hold the gas hose. In some specific gas stations it happens always. I think it was something to do with how the fuel hole is manufactured in these models.

Wat year is ur f10? I have a 2015 and still trying to figure out the Connected Drive feature with my phone
And if those options for locking, unlocking, locating, etc. Are not visible on your phone, you just need to go Connected drive store and purchase that "package". It's FREE and its also unlimited

Most of these features aren't hidden...they just depend on whether the original owner ordered them as extras.
The connect idrive app doesn’t seem to work on my 2011. Looks like it’s only for 2014 and newer 😒 disappointing.

Hi! I have a 2016 535i X-Drive here in Massachusetts as well. My power fold mirrors have to be done manually by pressing the button but I can’t find how it does it automatically. Could you tell me how?

@@jasonsuave701 I love mine! The only "complaint" I would have so far is that the ride isn't a smooth as I would like. I have the upgraded 19inch factory wheels so that would be why. They look awesome though. I always get compliments on the car. Are you thinking about getting one?

My F01 used to change the cluster when going into sport mode but it doesn’t do that anymore? Does anyone have the same problem. It always stays in the regular tachometer mode

I have looked att your videos in the past on the e46 an some others i i just need to say that allmoasy every "hidden fiture" that's in your videos you can find in the instruction manual so a tipp is to read that and then show everyone else that's too lazy to read it

Just for the record stating the year helps because some of these options or features are year specific. My 2011 can't do half of these. Nice video though.
Makes sense that you can't lock the boot from the inside of the car, imagine a kid is behind the car and you are sitting inside locking the boot?
It locks from the inside as well if you hold the button.
Shouldn’t have to double kick for the trunk to open. I never have to on the wife’s f10.

Nice video, but if you would read the official instructions first, then you'll find almost all of your "hidden features" 😏. For example: You don't have to kick two times. One kick is enough 😉, at least at my F11.

Ok so if BMW finds out about this video it totally wasn't me. AlsoAll f cars can have the kick sensor it's just an option on some chassis.
all of that are not hidden features, but normal thinks. Next time read your manual first.

another one: if you leave the radio or even engine running and you get out of the car and lock it, it will stop engine and everything 😁 also if you go away with the key while engine still running, the car will honk after you 😅
