    “keeping prototypes of projects so I remember how I made it…” 😂 🤣 😂 🤭 😉👍‼️. I THOUGHT I was the only one who had THAT issue!! I started earlier this year using NO-HUB VCR cases to store components for making additional individual card designs I’d already made, PLUS a sample of the card, but I’ve had to switch to pockets because - in my effort to get THE look, word placement, etc., on my projects - I’ve taken to using my computer for some of my sentiments, and have laid out MULTIPLES on 8.5” x 11” medium weight card stock. On the off chance that the computer may somehow self-destruct, I’ve safe-guarded at least a copy of my design as a “hard copy”.

      @AtticTreasuresEtc  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Great ideas! I have stored some of my prototypes in a binder, and I do also have my videos that I can go back and watch so that helps as well. Thank you so much for watching, commenting, and sharing your ideas! (Also, I love your name because I’m known as KK to my grandkids!) ~Kathy xo

    I rather LIKE the BINDER CLIPS corralling some of your papers! I DO HOPE you have some kind of chip board (cereal boxes?) on either side of the stack, however, to keep it from being indented by the clip.

    • @AtticTreasuresEtc
      @AtticTreasuresEtc  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks so much! I just checked them and so far no dents. I think because the binder clips are so wide at their base that they aren’t exerting too much pressure. Thanks so much for watching! I love the 5-S organizing method. 😊 ~Kathy xo

    Wonderful ideas! I organize my paper collections in a similar way by writing on the spine with a Sharpie showing the name of the collection, manufacturer, style and type of paper. Inexpensive and easy! I too would love to see a tutorial on the sheet protector scrap storage. Also, I notuced you use a lot of K&Company papers. They are my absolute favorites! Where do you get them?

    • @AtticTreasuresEtc
      @AtticTreasuresEtc  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Mary! Here’s my video for scrap storage. It’s still working pretty great for me. My K&Co scrapbook papers are really old, but I love them! I wish I could get the exact same paper pads, but I’m sure they’ve long been discontinued. It seems that both Joann and Michael’s have really limited their paper brands and I don’t see the K&Co brand anymore. Maybe online? Thanks so much for watching and for your comments! ~Kathy xo

    • @AtticTreasuresEtc
      @AtticTreasuresEtc  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you so much! I actually don’t buy holiday-themed papers, opting instead for natural seasons like winter, autumn, etc. I do have a section for autumny/leaf/harvest type paper in the area for patterned papers. Great question, though. If I did buy holiday-themed papers I would organize them by their theme. Otherwise, I simply group by colors. I hope that helps. Thanks so much for watching! ~Kathy xo
