I mostly do fine art now, but I still love ❤️ love my paper crafting/card making (and all sorts of crafting, actually) too. So some of the craft organizing tips work for both types of creativity supplies. I plan to go through all my crafting supplies (and there's some art supplies I need to break with too) soon and destash...especially patterned paper that and embellishments and all that I'm just never gonna use. It's sometimes hard to let go, but it's REALITY time..."let it go...let it go...you'll feel better..."😆
This week I put up a 32” x 24” picture frame with 3 Pro Max magnet sheet rolls from Michael s using 40% coupons. I’m putting all my frequently used shape nesting Dies-square, circles, banners, rectangles, etc. Next to each set I’ve placed a number and keeping the original pkg with corresponding number in a box in closet in case I decide to sell at a later time. Have so many I’ve run out of room n put 12” x 24” pegboard onto cabinet and 2 other 16” square pegboards onto side of another cabinet. I’m keeping those dies in their original pkg.
I put up a 34” wide by 30” high pegboard above a bookcase full of 8.5” x 11” colored cardstock stored in magazine boxes from Dollar Tree. I was using paper towel holder for double sided tape but now use for paper towels and moved double sided tape onto pegboard cuz I have 6”, 2.5”, 2”, 1”, 0.5”, 0.25” and 1/8” tape rolls. All but 6” tape I use so frequently I store 2-3 rolls of 2.5” and 2” (for TH Colorize dies. I stock 4 -5 rolls each of 1/4” and 1/8” rolls used on majority of my cards. I make/send 38 cards a month. It seems I change storage every 1-2 yrs. I shop thrift store, yard sales, Craig’s List. I have no problem paint the furniture white for my room.
I love your channel! I like that we can see your face when you are not demonstrating products or techniques (no talking hands) and the way you keep things moving! 😊
That's really great feedback.Thank you so much for taking the time to let me know. That happens a bit during my life sessions, but something I can't really avoid. So I've tried to put my face on the screen. Also by having a little picture and picture of me up in the corner. I think that solves the problem. Thank you. Again
I love your ideas! You've gotten me thinking (and the husband cringing 😂) I'm a visual creator too and I've been racking my brain to get more of my stuff in front of me. One of your ideas even triggered a thought for a noncraft need I've been trying to solve too!
You’re brilliant with the sign hack! Also LOVE the recycled container idea! I use many large package products from Costco like noodles, nuts and frozen vegetables. The zip bags they come in get upcycled for holding scraps and pending projects. Yogurt and dessert cups also get up upcycled.
I have piles of yogurt and dessert cups I use to pour in paint or ink or liquid matte medium- and then if I have to throw it away, at least I got extra use out of it in the meantime.
Dies on display are a game changer. I usually keep mine on long mirrors (think dorm door long mirrors) covered in magnetic vent covers. I can flip through them like giant folders. I had a space in my room that easily held an OSB (2' x 7' tall sturdy board) that I covered with a magnetic sheet. It holds all of my large dies in 14 square feet of space.
If you're just setting up your craft area, the $99 tool bench from harbor freight is awesome. ( I'm a stand up stamper). It has a. Overhead shelf, corkboard, light, and stirage shelf underneath, as well as 2 shallow drawers that hold paper trimmers and scoring boards. Makes an awesome stamping station. Again, more for stampers who prefer to stand. Great tips Mary, thank you. Okay, so it's $110 now, but still...And it has an outlet strip on the side! Trying to figure out how to attach a photo.
This was such a great video! I love the idea of grouping my alcohol marker blends together. I'll have to try that. I'm always searching for markers or colored pencil blends, which tends to take the fun out of coloring. Thanks for all the great ideas!
LMAO about the shammy issue. I can't tell you how many cards have been victim to my wet shammy! Is it wrong that I stopped this video and shopped about 3/4 of the way through? I did think the digital section was going to be about digital organization and not TH-cam. Creating an inventory of my products has saved my sanity, time, and money. Knowing exactly what I have, what it looks like, and where it is stored is so freakin' awesome. I used to unintentionally buy duplicate items. I guess it meant I really liked it BUT I don't want duplicates unless I can truly benefit from having two (sometimes with dies you can). My inventory works on my desktop and my phone so I can use it when I'm out and about shopping and I can use it when I'm looking for a specific stamp, die, stencil, or folder for my next project or even just browse for inspiration. I highly recommend taking the time to document your stash. Although I won't guarantee that you may change your mind about where or how you store your stash, you'll definitely benefit from knowing what you have and where exactly it is.
I need you to teach me your ways! I don't digitally organize my supplies (although now I see why you thought that section was about that...doh...my fault). You're so right, it would save me so much time! Thank you for sharing this
What do you use to digitally organize? I started using Evernote but found it cumbersome to find what I wanted. I now use Google Keep for my "to do" lists and made one listing all my distress colored products with an index- Ink, Oxide, Archive Ink, Reinker, Spray, OS Oxide Spray, Pencil, Crayon, Embossing Glaze so at a glance I can pick a color and see if I have the product or now. Doesn't work for stamps or dies though!
@@corilevinson377 Hello, I use Airtable, It's free up to a certain amount of items or file size BUT that amount only applies to one base. I didn't realize at the beginning that I'd decide to inventory so much of my stash but it so convenient to have that info at hand. I had to copy a couple of my bases when they got too full and then split them up. Now that I'm aware of the limits, it's easier for me to plan ahead. There are lots of options for the fields so it works well for me. I put things in my inventory now as soon as I purchase them so I can use the images from the website instead of taking my own photos (saves tons on file size). I find the SNIP tool works for me as it greatly reduces the file size. Hope this helps.
@@marypolancodesignsI’m actually glad you shared that information about TH-cam, Mary, because it was very frustrating for me when I was totally lost and didn’t know where to find the information the YTers were directing me to!! I’m certain there are always people who are new to using these platforms and they will be very grateful to you for sharing that!! I love your upbeat energy and your ideas and tips are helpful! I really like the app ColorMyLife which allows you to inventory and create projects/ideas and match colors from your supplies etc etc. It’s created by paper crafters, but is versatile for all types of craft supplies. It’s a VERY reasonable annual fee-$15 or $20.
My space is constantly evolving. I think taking classes is the best way to use my supplies as classes always inspire. I'm taking drawing and mixed media classes and watercolor from some TH-camrs and am learning a lot. Also the monthly card club kits like spellbinders has have been good for getting creative juices going. I'd say for people just getting started those clubs are a great way to slowly build your stash and learn and have fun. The yt people always show ways they use the club kits and all those classes are free. Anyhow, I think the best way to use what you have is by taking classes even if you're experienced because it's just hard to be creative all the time on your own. As my stash has grown so has my organization been refined.
The small container you got to store your sticklers upside down are not for nail varnish, but for lipsticks. Just thought you’d like to know 😂 Hugs xxx Ann xxx
your "I was too cheap to buy it" at the end had me chuckling! Currently I have my inkpads + other stuff in the totally tiffany 12x12 4 drawer storage and carry cases (my washi in the 12x12 6 drawer one) my dies and larger stamps in binders but I'm thinking maybe put them in those magazine holders so I don't have to flick through so much 🤔or just in a container (I have them in 2 pocket pages so could just fold in half and put in a container as the pages are side loading...) ... also in need of paper storage as I have them in various places ... also I've finally mostly convinced myself to stop saving plastic packaging and stuff until I've used what I've saved! (have loads in a few places around the room haha) ... though all in all most of my stash is on the floor haha
Yes, I bought one as well. But someone please help me figure out how to get rid of the static electricity that causes the sequins to fly around all over the place. I tried my anti-static pad that I use for embossing, and it didn't help at all.
I have tried a variety of these over the years finding some extremely workable and others not so much. In doing so, the most important thing I’ve learned is that not even the greatest idea in theory and appeal will work for everyone. Personal storage/usage style, size of space, and size of collection each play a part in finding an individual’s best solution. Sometimes the less expensive ‘hack’ is works out great and for the long haul but sometimes it’s better to save one’s pennies to invest in something more customized.
You nailed it, organization is such a personal thing. I follow The Clutterbug and she talks about how different our brains are and how our preferences for organization vary. It's fascinating.
Thank you so much for this information!! You shared so many great ideas! I purchased a clear, acrylic 4 drawer container at Home Goods, in the clearance section. It's meant for jewelry, I think, because it's lined with black felt. It holds all of my markers horizontally and looks pretty on my craft table. It is 12 inches wide and 9 inch high. :) As for the little embellishments, I use a tall plastic case made for tools. It has 24 small drawers that pull out and in between them, there are 4 medium size drawers. So, 12 on each side. I have them all labeled, of course, but you can see inside them. I bought 2, years ago, and they are stacked very nicely. (One of the medium sized drawers has cut out letters in it. I need to reorganize!)
TFS! I totally must have that 5 tiered shelf system you showed with your embellishments. I am visual too and prefer to see what I have to use it. But it can become difficult to store everything in sight, and not look like a hot mess! 😛 You have a lot of cool ideas.. one thing that may help others.. because of a spine injury, I have mobility issues. And I cannot sit in one place to color or do my lettering.. so I use a cart (lRaskog type). Which I store my markers, pencils, watercolors, etc.. along with coloring books, watercolor paper & stamped & die-cuts that I need to color.. plus a few tools (scissors, tape, sharpener, eraser etc) . I organize each shelf with acrylic drawer organizers to keep things separated & handy. My Ohuhu collections are color coordinated on the top shelf. My cart is from Michael’s and has handles that extend above the top tray on both sides. So i am able to easily move it to wherever I wish to work. Sorry that took me so long to describe. 😂 but I wanted to give enough info so ppl can visualize the benefits.. Thanks again. Looking so fwd to the summit! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Mary, Mary, Mary! You are amazing! I love all of your videos, but this one is my favorite. Maybe because I need organization so badly. You gave us so many tips and reminded me to check out my local thrift stores. I also love going to garage sales for some of the mentioned containers. I have registered for my free ticket for the Summit, too. Thank you! Thank you!!
Great video - you crammed a lot in there! I'm excited for the summit. My favourite storage idea in my craft room is keeping my Christmas and holiday products accessible all year. They are all stored in bins and baskets above my computer and I love reaching for various items at any time of year.
That's a great idea! Thank you so much for sharing. I actually keep my winter holiday items together as well.Because I like to try to make stuff throughout the year too
Another fantastic video Mary! I had shared with you on one of your videos (dollar tree finds), that ihave severe RA with severe deformity, and on a very fixed income. Love love all your videos on hacks to save, and things that work for me (with clumsy hands). Wow, all the dollar tree finds! Thanks Mary for all your amazing ideas, and hacks that are a lot of time and work that you do for us! You help me to continue card crafting. Thanks so very, very, much! Love and hugs!
My craft space is made up of mostly repurposed items and found items. My favorite one is a very tall medicine cabinet. It was really ugly but i took off the doors and use the four shelves for my ink pads. Its about 36" tall so it holds alot! You had alot of great ideas that i can use in my craft room as it keeps evolving.
I’ve been card making 25 yrs so have changed storage many times as my supplies grew. Most of my furniture in craft room is repurposed. I have a rotating CD storage 48” tall 8” wide, 6 shelves that are adjustable. Bought trim from lumber store and applied to each shelf to give each shelf a lip so items don’t fall off during a moderate earthquake. I store spools of ribbon on one side and on other side dies. But my dies outgrew so another person gave me a CD storage cabinet 22” wide x 36” tall with 4 stationary shelves inside + 4 shelves on each door.
The large snap-side container you mistakenly said was $1.25, but is really $5, is wonderful. Walmart sells them in several other sizes, and I use all of them to store my vast array of craft supplies, and also sewing notions. They're great because they're see-through, close securely, the lid comes off completely so it's not in the way, and they come in very convenient sizes that will hold many types of items. My husband even built me a sewing table with custom shelves sized specifically for the bins half the size that you are showing, I love them so much! 😄
Wow! Amazing storage ideas, I do have some of them but some that you showed from Dollar Tree I must go and get before they sell out. Thank you for sharing, you're a blessing Mary, God bless you. Keep up the great work. ;)
Great video, Mary. So many organization tips and tricks. I got my craft branded storage thing at Walmart in the hair isle. It's great for my tools. Thank you and take care!
All great ideas! I think I need to swap out my portable buffet table for an IKEA or other desktop with two sets of ALEX drawers so I have that extra storage space. I have so many containers all over my desk there is hardly room to craft!
I started keeping my stand alone stencils in page protectors in a 3 ring binder. My stamps and dies are organized by how large the set is, like does it fit in a small , medium, or large plastic holder and by vendor. Then I number them 1 23 etc. so a spellbinders stamp and die set that needs a large plastic holder would be labeled LSB01. That corresponds to a copy of the packaging in sheet protectors so I can visually see what that stamp set contains. I also keep a spreadsheet with this information on it. It’s a great system if you start out organizing slowly. It is helpful because a lot of times I can remember the vendor name and the size of the package so I go straight to my tool box, slide open the drawer and find what I need. I am almost done reorganizing all of this and I have determined that I don’t need to buy any new stamps or dies lol
Love it! So many ideas & suggestions. I plan to do a complete make over & reorganization of my craft room. Thank you for all the helpful suggestions. I haven't been getting emails for quite a while, so I signed back up again. Not sure what happened
Hmmm I wonder if I'm in your spam or junk folder. If you still don't see anything from me this weekend, shoot me an email at mary@marpolancodesigns.com and I'll see what's going on.
Morning coffee time :) Your Stickle container - I use that for the same thing! ha ha. As a gardener I recycle yogurt, cottage cheese and such for pots and storage containers for small things on my potting bench etc. I need to go through my card stuff and PERGE. That will wait till fall though - planting time right now :) Even though this is a busy time of year on the mountain - will try to SEE this upcoming Get Organized Summit. Thanks for all you do darlin. Good to see you again BEFORE my busy day begins.
Great video. Thanks for putting together last videos into one great one! I have to think about what I have seen and try to implement some of your ideas. Great timing as I am trying to redo my craft room.
Oh, I really like those tiny glass jars (with the little screw on lids) for all my jewels, sparkles and such for cards. I store them upside down in a drawer so-as to SEE what it in them. Not sure if they are still in the craft section of the dollar tree - but they are great for the tiny stuff.
Lynn Le Bel Great video Mary!! You always have such great ideas! I like the magazine holder idea for my plates etc for my Bigshot. I like to use Totally Tiffany bags for my inks and embelishments as they can be taken to events easily. Tgey are ready to go anytime!!
Five days behind here, but I did sign up for the Paper Craft organizing summit 👍 I'm working on purging and organizing so this is all helpful. Your tips here are really great. Thanks!
Oh my gosh this was great! I certainly got some good tips, especially the ‘purging’ one. I am in the middle of rearranging my craft room and looking at supplies I’ve had for years and not using but not having the heart to get rid it but I really need to. I am off to dollar tree tomorrow to look for all sorts of containers and such! I’m going to check out some more of your channel because I’m very curious as to what you do!
Thanks for all the info! You’re excited but soothing at the same time (it’s like a magic trick LOL). My vertigo, however, really hated the video; I had to close my eyes and jump through most of it-seems I nearly always have that problem with craft room videos (I experience nausea and headaches).😞 I’m going to rest for a while, then check out your next video (I’m catching up after taking a forced hiatus from TH-cam).
I like maxwell house coffee flavored , and its comes in these adorable lidded small containers (about 3x4x3) - I cover with fabric or washi tape and use for all kinds of small items. fits great in my alex drawers.
I thoroughly enjoyed this video. I've been trying to figure out how I want to store my embellishments. I really like the drawers your using. I might be making a purchase soon.
Was give a CD cabinet 22” wide x 36” tall. Has 4 shelves inside and 4 on each door. I bought clear refrig bins at T J Maxx and store dies by brand. Have repurposed cabinet with refrig bins I’m storing Sizzix, Tim Holtz and SMS dies.
Hi Mary. Caan’t watch enough organize videos! But, what I need most is NOT what to put things in, but different theories to clean out by type of item, i.e. not sure I’ve donated/sold much over at least 15 years. 😢 MAny things yet to see daylight. MAYBE I’ll use them when I have time to research how-to’s past. ETC. Maybe the word is CRITERIA used to clean out…choices, quantities, groupings, whatever. MAYBE will be addressed in the Summit? If not, an idea future video?
@@marypolancodesigns Yes! Space & organization tools NOT an issue at all. I stand in front of a room full NEVER cleaned out (ok once, when you and I sold stuff for charity together) but in general, I stand there and go I want less to even consider but WHERE/HOW do I even start? I know, pretty sad. :) Thanks Mary.
What you are preparing for sounds wonderful! Enjoy your special time. :) We'll catch you in the next one or you could still register and watch the replay if you like.
Where did you get the little clip on spoons in your embossing powder containers? When you showed the hooks on your rail system above your desk I was thinking that if you use two spaced apart they would provide a goo place to store a smaller paper trimmer or stamp platform. I especially liked your use of shower curtain rings to store washi tape. Great video!
Hi Mary, thank you so much for the wealth of information!!! This is very helpful to see what a pro uses for storage before investing in various products!! Would you please tell me where you got the 3-shelf bookcases that sit on the counter behind you? What size are they? They look perfect! Thanks again! Julia
Thanks so much for the encouragement! Yes, those are the Billy Book Shelves from Ikea. They really are perfect for what I use them for. Here is the link for an upclose look. Try looking through FB Marketplace though, a lot of people give away book shelves for some reason. :) www.ikea.com/us/en/p/billy-bookcase-white-30263844/
Thank u Mary. I especially like the paper towel holder 4 holding your rolls of tape. I got some finger daubbers. I'm looking 4 a way 2 store them once I put ink on them. So that the ink doesn't cross contaminate. Any ideas? Have a great, blessed night.
Mary, how did I miss your live video, I even had it set to notifications. what a great video, your ideas are so helpful and clever. Dollar tree, I probably will need two carts. Where did you find the long magnetic strip? Hopefully you will have a video again soon. ❤❤
I Patti, this wasn't live, just a pre-recorded video. You didn't miss anything. :) I put the link to the magnetic sheet in the description, but you can find them on Amazon
Love your videos… so helpful! I have 2 of the phone holder storage that I store my inks in. Love them and thinking of putting them on top of each other. But worried they might tip over. Wondering what you use to hold yours together? Also wondering where you got your metal bars that you used with the dollar store hooks?
For my ink towers I just have them on top of each other and they don't budge at all. I don't know if I would have put the cassette holders one on top of the other though withoutt Securing them to the wall

Great video ❤ Me for one, need some info about how to store playlist and so on. Beeing a Norwegian, i can sometimes struggle a bit due to the language😅 Still i hope my English is better than your Norwegian 😊
Great question! I don't use a lot of colored embossing powders because if I really want a sentiment or stamped image to be embossed a certain color I first use the color I want in Versafine Clair (Pigment ink so it stays wet a bit longer) then I use clear embossing powder. But here are my recommendations: Pigment Ink pads shrsl.com/4lcx7 Clear embossing Powder shrsl.com/4lcx8 White Embossing Powder: shrsl.com/4lcx9

The yt people always show ways they use the club kits and all those classes are free. Anyhow, I think the best way to use what you have is by taking classes even if you're experienced because it's just hard to be creative all the time on your own. As my stash has grown so has my organization been refined.
I love this advice; I think classes are great too. I always walk away learning something or being even more inspired to create.
The small container you got to store your sticklers upside down are not for nail varnish, but for lipsticks. Just thought you’d like to know 😂

I have a magnetic dry erase board for some of my dies. I love being able to see my dies at a glance.
SAME...obviously hahah! It's so much better
your "I was too cheap to buy it" at the end had me chuckling!
Currently I have my inkpads + other stuff in the totally tiffany 12x12 4 drawer storage and carry cases (my washi in the 12x12 6 drawer one)
my dies and larger stamps in binders but I'm thinking maybe put them in those magazine holders so I don't have to flick through so much 🤔or just in a container (I have them in 2 pocket pages so could just fold in half and put in a container as the pages are side loading...) ... also in need of paper storage as I have them in various places ... also I've finally mostly convinced myself to stop saving plastic packaging and stuff until I've used what I've saved! (have loads in a few places around the room haha) ... though all in all most of my stash is on the floor haha
These are great ideas, thank you so much for sharing what works for you!
Thank you for explaining the digital features that was all new to me. Now i can create my on play list.
YAY I was hoping that was helpful to at least one person...that's YOU! lol thank you
I bought the embellishments container from Amazon. I love it.
Yay! I LOOOOVE it!
Yes, I bought one as well. But someone please help me figure out how to get rid of the static electricity that causes the sequins to fly around all over the place. I tried my anti-static pad that I use for embossing, and it didn't help at all.
I didn’t have that problem. I would have thought the anti static bag would have work.
Me too! I bought two when I saw them on Mary’s other video.
Awesome ideas, thank yo so much for sharing them.
TFS! I totally must have that 5 tiered shelf system you showed with your embellishments. I am visual too and prefer to see what I have to use it. But it can become difficult to store everything in sight, and not look like a hot mess! 😛
You have a lot of cool ideas.. one thing that may help others.. because of a spine injury, I have mobility issues.
This is so helpful thank you so much!
Thank you! Thank you!!
You are most welcome.Thank you so much for the encouraging comment
We definitely evolve with our craft supplies as the years go by. I had forgotten about some of the products you showed. Thanks for the refresher Mary!
My pleasure, yes I agree, evolution in the craft room is constant
Thank you so very much for such an encouraging message! I appreciate you!
Thanks so much, Mary - I appreciate your creativity and your positivity!
Thank you so much! That's so kind!
I love the ribbon holder idea, thanks Mary
You are most welcome!
OMG Mary ! Yet again súch a fabulous video, learnt só much, thx thx thx, ❤
So glad! thank you for letting me know. :)
Awesome idea! YES!
@gailrobinson6933 what a great idea!!
Lots of great tips! I’m going to put my stencils in a binder immediately! So smart! Thank you!
The absolute best! YAY!
Love your ideas. I am going to use the one for magazine holder on my desk
Awesome, love it so much. It looks neat and tidy!
I like to burn candles that come in glass jars…. After they are burned out I clean the jars and use them to hold stiff in my craft room. 😊
Brilliant!
Great share thank you so much; I too, have changed my storage so much. I think because my interests change over time too.
Thank you Mary, for a great video!!
You are so welcome! It was my pleasure!
I love using a variety of clear drawers to organize my craft supplies,I purchased them from home goods, Marshalls and Amazon
Same! We just got a ton for Ajs lego.So we can see which pieces are in which container.
Thanks for sharing; i love that container! lol
Wow! Amazing storage ideas, I do have some of them but some that you showed from Dollar Tree I must go and get before they sell out. Thank you for sharing, you're a blessing Mary, God bless you. Keep up the great work. ;)
The tricky part is so many Dollar Trees sell different things but I'm putting good vibes out there that you find what you need. :)
Great compilation of great ideas!! Thanks, Mary!! Blessings to you!!
You are so welcome, and to you as well!
Great idea for die storage on the large wood/magnetic board
Thank you so much That seems to be popular with people. And I can't tell you enough. How much I love it
Another great video to organize our craft spaces with affordable options. Thanks for the inspiration and can't wait to see you at the summit!!!
You are so welcome! See you there
Great video, Mary. So many organization tips and tricks. I got my craft branded storage thing at Walmart in the hair isle. It's great for my tools. Thank you and take care!
Thanks so much for the share. YAY!
Fantastic ideas for so many things. I am ordering that jewelry container for my embellishments! Thanks so much for sharing!
You are so welcome!
You have a great selection of craft items and a amazing craft room. TFS
Thank you so much! That's such a kind compliment
Amazing storage Mary ❤ thanks for sharing and happy crafting Hugs xx
Thanks so much, Big hugs back
Loved the magnetic strip idea I think can pull that one off. 😊Thank you Mary!
It's so great, thank you!
Thank you for all your great ideas, and sharing them with us
You are so welcome!
I just found you !! I have to say you give an awesome video.. thanks so so much !!!!❤
Yay! Thank you! That means a lot to me!
Great video. I learned all the digital tricks on my own by trial and error, so I appreciate you delving into that for any newbies. All good ideas.
Thank you so much for this!
All great ideas! I think I need to swap out my portable buffet table for an IKEA or other desktop with two sets of ALEX drawers so I have that extra storage space. I have so many containers all over my desk there is hardly room to craft!
The Alex Drawers are everything for me.
Me too! My husband thinks my 9x12 folding table is just fine. I NEED drawers!
Great ideas. Thanks for sharing.
You are so welcome!
Mary, I have already started using some of these ideas and it works great!! I also got the tape Dispenser and it work out great!!
I got so gaped out over that I love it so much. Haha
Really clever ideas!
Thank you very much! :)
Love your spreadsheet idea, I really need to do that! Thank you for sharing all of this
I have been using a “coffee cup” tree for my most used tapes & scissors . It’s somewhat vertical space…. Thanks for the tips Mary.🤍🩵🩶
Great idea!! I love that!
I have about 90% of the containers you showed from Dollar Tree. 😊 I enjoyed your video very much! 🩷👍
Awesome! Thank you! That means a lot to me
Some great ideas!
Thank you! 😊
I use a metal file drawer to hold up one end of my craft table. I store my 8 1/2 x 11 paper in pendaflex folders sorted by color.
Brilliant!
Mary, the clear 3 layer holder is a spice shelf for your kitchen, and I have purchased them from Walmart
Yes! Thank you! I'm pretty sure my husband picked that up at the thrift store
Yes! Thank you!
Great Video❣️ TFS
Thank you so much 🤗
Loved the jewelry organizer for embellishments . Great video.
Thanks so much! That's my favorite for sure
Thank you so much for sharing all of this and for your constant encouragement. Big hugs
Thank you, this is very helpful!
You're very welcome!
Got my ticket !!!!!!Yeah so exciting.
Wooohooo!
Great video. Thanks for putting together last videos into one great one! I have to think about what I have seen and try to implement some of your ideas. Great timing as I am trying to redo my craft room.
I just spent another 2 hours in mine getting it all pretty. lol it's neverending
Oh, I really like those tiny glass jars (with the little screw on lids) for all my jewels, sparkles and such for cards. I store them upside down in a drawer so-as to SEE what it in them. Not sure if they are still in the craft section of the dollar tree - but they are great for the tiny stuff.
If there are the tiny glass containers that I used to have my embossing powder in.I actually got this from the thrift store.
Great job!
Thanks! :)
Lynn Le Bel Great video Mary!! You always have such great ideas! I like the magazine holder idea for my plates etc for my Bigshot. I like to use Totally Tiffany bags for my inks and embelishments as they can be taken to events easily. Tgey are ready to go anytime!!
I really love totally.Tiffany's storage options too.Very good stuff
Really great tips!!!!
Yay, thank you for letting me know!
Five days behind here, but I did sign up for the Paper Craft organizing summit 👍 I'm working on purging and organizing so this is all helpful. Your tips here are really great. Thanks!
Thank you so much for this! :)
YAY for the purge. hahaa...always helps me. Have fun at the DT
Thanks so much for the kind compliment. Yeah whenever I see a video that doesn't sit well (visually) I click off it. Not worth feeling yucky
I like maxwell house coffee flavored , and its comes in these adorable lidded small containers (about 3x4x3) - I cover with fabric or washi tape and use for all kinds of small items. fits great in my alex drawers.
I’d love to see this! I have another brand I’d like to try to use.
Sounds great! Love that idea so much! Thank you for sharing
Such a great vid!!
Thank you so much!
Wonderful ideas!
Thank you! 😊
Very very helpful!! Thank you so much for sharing this!!
You are so welcome!
I thoroughly enjoyed this video. I've been trying to figure out how I want to store my embellishments. I really like the drawers your using. I might be making a purchase soon.
You are so welcome! I'm so glad it sparked some ideas!
I loved it all....
YAY thank you so much for taking the time to tell me that.
😊@@marypolancodesigns
That's a fantastic video idea. Sort of like a five question checklist to go through to see if you should keep something?
@@marypolancodesigns Yes! Space & organization tools NOT an issue at all. I stand in front of a room full NEVER cleaned out (ok once, when you and I sold stuff for charity together) but in general, I stand there and go I want less to even consider but WHERE/HOW do I even start? I know, pretty sad. :) Thanks Mary.
Great ideas. Thank you
You are so welcome!
I like to use medium tall glass jars to turn my glue upside down in to keep the glue at the top
Brilliant love this! Also your profile picture is the CUTEST
Fantastic video!!!
Thank you very much! I so appreciate that!
I really wish I could attend the summit, however I will e very busy preparing for Passover!
Yes here are the clips for the spoons
amzn.to/3Udby5n
Great idea about the hooks
Thanks! I actually meant a good place, not a goo place…🤦🏻♀️!
www.ikea.com/us/en/p/billy-bookcase-white-30263844/
Thank u Mary. I especially like the paper towel holder 4 holding your rolls of tape.
I got some finger daubbers. I'm looking 4 a way 2 store them once I put ink on them. So that the ink doesn't cross contaminate. Any ideas?
Have a great, blessed night.
Is this something you're looking for? Not sure how big your daubers are but this may work. amzn.to/441Nu8Y
Hi, I think personalized is when we make a post and you respond whether saying something or just an emoji. So if we pick personalized, it will only alert us when you respond to our post.
Ooooh that is so good to know. Thank you so much!
Great video ❤ Me for one, need some info about how to store playlist and so on. Beeing a Norwegian, i can sometimes struggle a bit due to the language😅 Still i hope my English is better than your Norwegian 😊
It absolutely is better than my Norwegian! Lol Thank you so much for sharing that it was helpful
VERY HELPFUL!!! TFS!!!
YAY! Thanks for letting me know.
I love your videos
Thank you so much, that's so kind!
Ty
I love you bag for your markers. How many markers can fit in it?
That particular bag has 320 markers in it. :)
Great video great tips. Question, the nail polish holder do you know if it fits Tim Holtz sprays?
I think the spray bottles are a bit too big unless it's the newest spritz bottles.
What is your go to brand of white embossing powder and colored powders.? I struggle with finding a good one.
Great question! I don't use a lot of colored embossing powders because if I really want a sentiment or stamped image to be embossed a certain color I first use the color I want in Versafine Clair (Pigment ink so it stays wet a bit longer) then I use clear embossing powder. But here are my recommendations:
Pigment Ink pads shrsl.com/4lcx7
Clear embossing Powder shrsl.com/4lcx8
White Embossing Powder: shrsl.com/4lcx9
Tried using a binder for my stencils. It gets hot enough in my office that they were sticking to the binder pages.
Oh no that stinks! What else did you come up with?
@@marypolancodesigns Now I keep them in a bin.
no!!! so sorry 4 u!
I found my brush holder at Walmart in the makeup section.
Yes what a great find!
