    OMG your floating house was gorgeous,it looked so peaceful and relaxing!Love it!!The underwater shots were gorgeous. Sipadan looks stunning!IT's a good thing that they give a limited amount of permit per day, really helps protecting the area.The corals at 7:11 looked out of this world!!

      Journal of Nomads Yes, we agree. It is a very good thing and you can see how healthy the coral is because of it. The sad thing was seeing some uneducated divers standing on coral :(

    If you come again to Sabah Borneo, how about you go to Bohey Dulang island? Just take 30 minutes from Semporna city by boat. One of the islands there. There is another island but located at Kota Kinabalu which is Pulau Tiga also known as survivor island of Borneo (other than island hopping) where the first season of survivor was shot. You can Google for more information.

    Incredible footage of the diving at Sipadan. Glad to see that tourists are still visiting this place despite the situation in Sabah waters.

    Hey guys! Really nice vlog! This place looks amazing! Awesome underwater shots!

    • @FourDirtyFeet
      @FourDirtyFeet  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you. The current was really strong and visibility was not great so the underwater shots don't do it justice.

    Those floating houses look lovely... btw...im terrified of all sea life (including plant life)... Very beautiful footage but it did make me a little anxious lol...
    At 7:49... What type of fish are those??? they kinda looked like giant parrot fish.

    • @FourDirtyFeet
      @FourDirtyFeet  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      You would not have to worry here. The sea life is harmless :) You right. They are bump head parrot fish 😊

    Hi Guys,
    looks like paradise!
    How much did you pay for the transport to, the accomodation on the island and for the diving sessions? We d really love to go there, but as students we are traveling rather lowbudget. Thanks already for you help, cheers, Hanna :)

    Gorgeous trip! Subbed of course, looking forward to more! How was the internet where you we staying, if any? Also how are the internet speeds in Korea?

    • @FourDirtyFeet
      @FourDirtyFeet  8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you :) There is internet but only in some hotels and its not great. Korea has suuuper fast internet. When we travel, we get frustrated because everywhere seems so slow compared to Korea.

    How expensive was Borneo in general?

    • @FourDirtyFeet
      @FourDirtyFeet  8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I think as a careful backpacker you could budget around $30-$40 a day. Malaysia is a bit more expensive when compared to other countries in South East Asia.

    hi, how many days did you spend in mabul and how much did you Pay ow course included?

    • @FourDirtyFeet
      @FourDirtyFeet  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      We took a package for 4 Days and 3 nights. Which included 2 days of doing your OW course, 1 day of 3 dives around Mabul, and then 1 day at Sipidan with 4 dives. I can't remember exactly, but it was around $500. There might be cheaper options out there but nothing beats the quality, experience and pure professionalism of Scuba Junkie. The accommodation and food is also amazing. We stayed in a private room but there are dorm options as well which are cheaper and also great. I swear we not trying to promote Scuba Junkie. We have just never been so impressed with how well run the place is.

    • @dariomatonna8004
      @dariomatonna8004 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      did you study e learning for theory before going mabul ?

    • @FourDirtyFeet
      @FourDirtyFeet  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Dario Matonna Yeah. Its not that hard. You go over it again in theory once you there

    • @dariomatonna8004
      @dariomatonna8004 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      i am looking at scuba junkies site for e learn , and it costs 174 euros. when i go to mabul, the price for 4d/3n should be less or always 500 dollars each ? i mean 500$ is with elearn included or not ?

    • @FourDirtyFeet
      @FourDirtyFeet  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      The 4D/3N E-Learning package is RM 2,480 for a dormitory. That includes the E Learning package. If you get that package it includes the course. It is on the website under prices 😊
