EA Sports WRC: CRITICAL DAMAGE

I'm finally back, and it's time to finish 2023 in style. Today, I'm taking a look at EA Sports WRC. I've been wanting to feature a rally racing game on the channel for a while now, not because I'm good at them, but simply because they're fun. My first experience with a rally racing game was the Wii version of Colin McRae: Dirt 2, but the PC version of Dirt 3 was what really won me over. My relationship with rally games kind of fell off after that though, other than a little bit of experience with Dirt 4, EA Sports WRC is pretty much the first rally game that I've sat down and played in almost ten years, and it's definitely the first rally sim that I've put time into. So, if you've ever wanted to see me accidentally throw a car that I "designed" into an ice covered lake or barrel roll it 30 times in deep snow, this video is for you.

Mark managed to fly off the track 31 times, annihilate 19 trees, ream one cactus, sent 7 track post flying duplicating one, meet the wrath unmovable object known as a stop sign twice going from 60-0 instantly, had 24 roll overs with the most in a single sting being 10 so he basically Ryan pierce/rusty Wallace crashes himself at 1/4 the speed, did two 360 driving donuts to make time, 1 deja vu 6 second drift, ruined decades of work that is buying a home by driving through the living room, and caused at least 7 diplomatic incidents(3 directly hit, 4 were saved by the sturdiness of a plastic table/car.) Goals to aspire to.

If you are interested in trying new games, I would love to see you play IndyCar Series 2005 for the original Xbox. Best open-wheel oval racing game on a console, in my opinion.
