I used to weigh myself every day but I have an addictive personality and would be so obsessed with it. Now I never weigh myself and wear hoodies/long sleeves so I'm not constantly obsessing over aesthetics. Only thing that tells me I'm advancing is strength/reps and get a "holy shit" factor when I do rarely check up on myself.
Great video !! Good way to start the new year. Now is my last year in the thirty-something, last chance to get fit before forty. All your videos are helping alot. Let´s go !!!
Ive been weighing myself everyday since 2/24/18 (my last mens physique show) its been awesome to follow the process. I was on stage at 158 lbs, 5% body fat and I'm currently 166 lbs 9 % body fat.
I weigh myself in the morning and night just as a guide and it fluctuates a lot. Measuring my gut is the more consistent measure that I really care about. I do understand how people can become obsessed with the scale numbers though.
I weigh myself everyday. I weigh myself at work in front of everybody. I get asked why everyday. People don't like to be held accountable on a daily basis. I know I don't but my 85lbs down does.
Laziness made me get on a diet. I got Invisalign and since I only want to brush my teeth maximum three times a day, I just eat healthy in the morning and at night. Lost 7lbs so far lol Im not fat I just want a six pack.
@@eliaslift6953 thanks I've been eating eggs , coconut oil, cheese and many other things for fat including hamburger meat and pork sausage for fats and protein
I felt that way when I first started doing keto I'm a big guy 300 lbs and I haven't been eating enough calories so it's been hard to eat enough calories
I am learning 100 Scriptures, hopefully this helps you out. Scripture #one, John 14:6, "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth and life: no man" cometh unto the father but by me.". Scripture # two, James 2:20, "But wilt thou know O vain man, faith without works is dead." Scripture # three, Luke 6:46, "And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say?". Scripture # four, Matthew 19:24. And again I say unto you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye if a needle than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God." Scripture # five, Galatians 6:7. "Be not deceived; God is not mocked: For whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap." Scripture #six, Psalm 8:4, "What is man, that thou art mindful of him? And the son of man, that thou visitest him.". Scripture #7, Isaiah 53:1. " Who hath believed our report? And to whom is the arm of the Lord revealed. ". Scripture # eight, Proverbs 22:1. A good name is rather to be chosen than great riches, and loving favour rather than riches and gold.". Scripture # nine, I Corinthians 15:55. O Death, where is thy sting. O Grave, where is thy victory! Scripture # 10, James 1:8. A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.

I weigh myself twice a day. At night before bed and again in the morning after my first dump. I generally swing 5 lbs overnight.

I believe my gut bacteria controls my brain. When I am strict with my Keto diet and fasting my cravings for sugar, alcohol etc... is zero.
This is true. There's a reason the Chinese call the gut your 2nd brain.
Chris getting jack !!!keep it up fellas
