Thank you so much, you saved my account !
@Jon Uriah you are welcome xD
Pan, it was such a thrill to collaborate with you. Thank you for the opportunity to showcase some of the work I do in my own residential garage. The best part of this project for me was the back and forth communication with you and figuring out how we could best provide our audience with information but also entertainment. Your generosity and support, not just for this project, but over the years has been a real highlight for me and I really hope we can do something in person once this C19 cloud finally lifts. I look forward to reading the feedback from your viewers and again, thanks for this fun opportunity to showcase what happens in RAD GARAGE! All the best, Rick. 🙏🇨🇦
Thanks for the kind words Rick! It was a dream come true for me as well. As you know, I have been a fan of your work for a while now, and it was just a perfect fit to have to detail oriented people like us come together, and share our passion with our viewers. Your videography and editing skills are also top top shelf and continue to impress me with every new video. We will have to get together for sure one day and see what more awesome things we can create together! Cheers!
Haha. Pan is outsourcing his projects now!

Rick, your garage is what a motorist’s dreams are made of. What a set up!!
Great video too lol. You’ve more than earned my subscription.
The attention to detail on this project is 2nd to none. Done right the 1st time. Shout out to Rick, excellent video guys.
Your comment is very much appreciated.

Awesome video! RAD Garage does amazing work and his videos are so relaxing to watch.
Right back at you, FAB. I enjoy watching your comprehensive product reviews and demos and thanks for your kinds words and support.
Thanks bro! It was a great collab! Rick's videography and editing are so next level!
@@RADGarage You are welcome!
Awesome video guys, I just did this yesterday, perfect timing! Was so nice to watch someone else do it after the 6 hours of cleaning, decontaminating, scraping off old adhesive, polishing and finally ceramic coating with DLUX. That was one wheel, 3 down 1 to go lol.
We know the struggle. 💪
Our pleasure!
I bought a wheel hanger pin after seeing it in this video. Made the winter tire switch SO much easier. Side benefits to this awesome detailing channel. Merci Pan!!
Thanks for watching Andrew!

@@PanTheOrganizer I have been a fan of you for years. From your very first video.
Loved the collaboration! Can't believe I've only just seen it, nearly two years later. Was a really nice combination of information, education and great filming and chill music.
Have loved Pan's videos for ages, but will definitely look at more of Rick's work. Was always planning to do a wheels off detail on my car this long weekend (in Australia), and change to my summer wheels, but now will do a much better job! Thank you both so much.
Thanks Thomas!
So happy to hear you enjoyed the video.
Awesome of you to collaborate Pan, helping out not only your viewers with product reviews and tips and tricks, but also fellow youtubers with growing their channel! I love RAD GARAGE, anyone who hasn't checked the channel should definitely do that, it is filled with stress relief and cinematic videos of Rick washing his own Audi SQ5 and supercars like R8's!!
Thanks Jaap!
Wow! My two faves together on a Saturday - like the planets all aligned- gonna be a great Saturday indeed. You guys need to stop reading my mind. All week I have been trying to figure out how to justify to my wife me bringing home a floor jack today to do a full wheels off. Love and success to Pan and Rick. Love this so much. Ideally, if this type of cleaning method fits within the detailers time, this can yield mind blowing results to really seal the deal on a full car detailing. Granted, you could also fully lift the car too to clean the carriage but for most scenarios this type of extent is the true icing on the cake!

You guys make it look so easy to do paint correction. I need to do a little bit of correction on my truck, but, I is skeered... Nice idea to use a wheel lug bolt guide and honestly never thought about that. Always the right tool for the right job makes things so much easier. Thanks Rick and Pan.
You are 100% right Kirk. Right tool help you do the right job.
It's funny because my previous Audi SQ5 came with a nice aluminum bolt guide, but my current version came with the flimsiest of plastic crap I've ever seen. I think they needed to cut costs to pay off "Dieselgate". This BLOXSPORT was a great find and I love using it.
@@RADGarage So true Rick. Or the understocked plastic emergency/tool kits they put in $100k cars now. Almost an after-thought.

Super travail comme d habitude très soigné
Good evening Pan the man. Great talking with you once again my friend. It's been a few months I think since we've last spoke. Glad to see that you and Rick collaborated on this video. I agree with you, Rick has one fantastic channel and is a true "maestro" of detailing in his own right. Two of my favorite TH-camrs......TOGETHER.......FANTASTIC! I will say one thing. I ABSOLUTELY HATE those cloth wheel arches in any vehicle. I am guessing the reason that vehicle manufacturers do that now is cost?! That's the only thing I can figure that makes sense for a reason. WHY WHY WHY would a vehicle manufacturer put CLOTH on the outside of a vehicle. Not only outside, but in the absolute WORST place to put cloth ever known to a human being........IN THE WHEEL ARCHES! HUH?? WHAT??? HOW??? WHY???? Is this some crazy joke that an idea maker at these car makers came up with that they actually did and the idea maker was just too afraid to go back on the joke for fear of losing their job? That's the only thing I can figure. Why not just stick with the heavy plastic, resin, composite, or hell, even an exposed steel arch in a car would be better than..........CLOTH????? I still can't get my head around the stupid cloth arches. I just can't. And just about every vehicle comes with them now from a Nissan Sentra all the way up to an Audi R8. Hell, even a Bentley probably has them, I don't know. But I do know it's quite a few from inexpensive vehicles up to the most expensive ones and everything in between. Two of my current cars have them in it and I absolutely hate cleaning them and it never seems that you can truly get them satisfyingly clean no matter what you do. The only true way you can get them clean is the way Rick and yourself show here. Removal of the wheels and then a pressure wash of the material using an APC or heavy cleaning agent of some type followed by a thorough rinse, usually repeating the process a few times for a true "CLEAN" of the material. Then you have to wait until they dry out fully and if you want the best result, apply a good quality fabric protectant like Gyeon Smart Fabric (one of my personal favorites) or for this situation, probably 303 Fabric Guard (another favorite I use on my wife convertible top) to try and keep the fabric in top condition and easier to clean for the next time. But truthfully, I just watched one of Jon's videos over at Forensic Detailing Channel and he guested at a friends shop where they did a complete discussion on fabric protection, including convertible tops. If you haven't see that video yet, it's well worth a watch. It was one of the most detailed discussions (and training) on fabric protection in the detailing industry that I have ever seen. Anyway, during that discussion, they say that really, if you apply a fabric protectant, the best way to get longevity is to "DRY" clean it. Meaning that when you clean the convertible top, you use a VACUUM with the small brush attachment to basically vacuum the top clean DRY. This way it doesn't introduce a chemical such as a car wash soap or APC which would essentially remove the fabric protectant, maybe not the first time, but after a few applications, the protectant is essentially being removed. That actually makes perfect sense to me and it's something I really never thought about before and had the ole' "AH HA" moment thinking, yep, i've been applying these darn fabric protectants to my convertible top only to be taking it right back off when I wash the top with a soap and scrub brush. Using a "dry" cleaning method, you can get upwards of 18 months out of the fabric protection according to them. There was a few other techniques using the fabric protectant that I came away with from that video as well. It was good. Sorry, off topic a little here, but anyway, using a DRY cleaning technique on a fabric wheel arch is not even in the deck of cards. There's absolutely no way that could be done, especially with the dirt and muck accumulation underneath the wheel arches. Sure, it would help for a few washes, but after that, it would essentially be long gone. If you used a heavy cleaner under the arches and a pressure washer, it's gone on the first wash no doubt. I guess there is no real answer there other than just using a pressure washer and good quality cleaner and brush to get the cloth arches clean every time you do a wash on your vehicle (other than a rinseless or waterless wash). That's about the only situation you may get longevity out of fabric coating a cloth arch, doing a waterless or rinseless wash, where you aren't using heavy amounts of wash soap and cleaners on the arches. Fabric coating the arches wasn't done on this particular detail anyway, but just a thought to ponder. Love your videos Pan. Always look forward to your next one.
Hi Joe! Nice to see you here again. Wow that was a lot off your chest about carpeted wheel liners! Heheh. The actual reason why they do that on vehicles, especially on luxury cars, is as they are great for sound deadening or dampening. Makes the cabin a lot quieter as you are more insulated against the road noise, tire noise, little rocks flying in your wheel arches, etc. And manufacturers have started using those fabric or carpet liners in less expensive cars as well now, again to lower cabin noise. And at least in my BMW, I have to say it's quite effective. But I do 100% agree with you, they are a paint in the a** to clean and keep clean! If only manufacturers could come up with a brighter idea to cut on road noise in those wheel arch areas...
@PanTheOrganizer and @RadGarage.. two of the very best in the game. Must be something in that Canadian water eh?
Hahah totally!! Thanks for your support Greg!
It’s probably the fact our water is so bloody cold! 🥶
Amazing 💎
👍🏻

Merci!
Great work guys. Always an inspiration. I got my first pressure spray today. Growing slowly as a weekend warrior because of you.
Stay strong warrior 💪
Thanks Thami! How did you discover my channel by the way?
@@PanTheOrganizer I was just browsing looking at car detailing channels and it just popped up. It's been almost a year now.
That wheel cleaning stand in the link seems to be made for motorcycles although it clearly works here for car wheels. What is the maximum wheel width you could fit in there? I have a truck with fairly wide wheels and want to make sure it would work with them.
I ditched the motorcycle wheel stand for something much more robust. Poka Premium makes a nice one. The one I have is from The Source Garage but they are ceasing operations, unfortunately.
@@RADGarage I made a stand myself and bought this motorcycle stand. The one I made allowed the rim to freewheel easier but also lets it come right off the stand pretty easily. The motorcycle stand doesn’t let the wheel move as easily and will still allow it to come off the stand but not to the same extent. I would love one of the stands with the vertical roller as well but they’re all so pricey. May have to make that next.
Really nice collaboration Pan. Superb video, the production quality was really impressive. It took me years to understand why professional detailers charge what they do, it’s the pride in the work, the true attention to detail, techniques picked up over the years and in cases like this the phenomenal array of tried and tested tools plus a stunning and aspirational garage setup. Always enjoyable to see true professionals at work, it brings a feeling of order to a world of chaos!
That’s some awesome positive feedback right there! Thanks!
Very nice of you to say!
Great video idea! Two of my favourite Canadian detailers!

Did I hear you say rent out the Pancave per hour ? - Seriously though;

My favorite 🤩 ok fellas I have a question I just bought a new Jeep gladiator this week well it came off the truck and was wrapped my wheels are glossy black 20 inch rims with some kind of sticky stuff on them maybe sticker glue? How would I go about getting the stuff off without scratching up my beautiful glossy black rims? I have hand washed everything multiple times and it will not come off. Thank you for the help

Great video as always. While the wheels are off what would I use to protect and maybe restore the wheel wells?
If they are plastic, a coating like CarPro DLUX or Gyeon Trim is perfect. If they are felt/carpet style, there's not much you can do other than pressure washing and perhaps adding a fabric protectant like CarPro Fabric for example.
