Living in Thailand as an expat offers a vibrant and culturally rich experience. Here's a description of what it's like:
Warm Climate: Thailand boasts a tropical climate, characterized by hot and humid weather for much of the year. This climate attracts many expats seeking to escape colder climates. Sometimes it gets too hot, also take into account the rainy season ,when it rains it is generally very humid
Cost of Living: Compared to many Western countries, the cost of living in Thailand can be significantly lower. Housing, food, transportation, and entertainment are generally more affordable, especially outside of major cities like Bangkok.generally cars are less expensive here but the cost of second hand cars i think is more than in uk
Cultural Diversity: Thailand is a melting pot of cultures, with influences from China, India, and neighboring Southeast Asian countries. As an expat, you'll encounter a diverse array of traditions, languages, and cuisines.
Hospitality and Friendliness: Thai people are renowned for their hospitality and friendly demeanor. As an expat, you'll likely find locals welcoming and eager to help you navigate daily life.
Language Barrier: While many Thais speak some English, especially in tourist areas, the language barrier can still pose challenges, particularly in more rural areas. Learning basic Thai phrases can greatly enhance your experience and help you connect with locals.
Expat Communities: Thailand is home to a large expat community, particularly in cities like Bangkok, Chiang Mai, and Phuket. These communities offer support networks, social events, and opportunities to connect with other expats from around the world.
Cuisine: Thai cuisine is world-renowned for its bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and diverse dishes. As an expat, you'll have the opportunity to explore a wide range of street food stalls, local eateries, and upscale restaurants serving authentic Thai cuisine.
Visa Regulations: Navigating visa regulations can be a complex aspect of living in Thailand as an expat. Depending on your circumstances, you may need to obtain a visa for work, retirement, or long-term stay. It's essential to stay informed about visa requirements and ensure compliance with Thai immigration laws.
Traffic and Transportation: Traffic congestion is a common issue in major cities like Bangkok, which can make getting around by car or taxi time-consuming. However, Thailand also offers an extensive network of public transportation, including buses, trains, and the BTS Skytrain in Bangkok.
Quality of Life: Despite the challenges, many expats find that living in Thailand offers an excellent quality of life. Whether it's enjoying beautiful beaches, exploring ancient temples, or simply relaxing in a hammock, Thailand offers a laid-back lifestyle that appeals to many expats seeking adventure and cultural immersion.

I think I can see why you aren't getting too many subscribers or likes. Don't always ask your best friends for advice, they aren't always honest with you and don't want to hurt your feelings. Take care and all the best, I hope your channel does grow.
