Litton Village and Lathkill Dale in the Peak District offer enchanting glimpses into the natural beauty and rich history of England's countryside.
Litton Village:
Nestled amidst the rolling hills of Derbyshire, Litton Village exudes quaint charm and timeless tranquility. Its stone cottages, adorned with colorful gardens, stand as picturesque relics of a bygone era. As you wander through its winding lanes, you'll feel transported back in time, surrounded by a sense of peaceful serenity. The village pub invites you to savor hearty meals and local ales, while the village green provides a perfect spot for a leisurely picnic. Litton Village encapsulates the essence of rural England, where each corner tells a story of tradition and community.
Lathkill Dale:
A short distance from Litton lies the breathtaking Lathkill Dale, a natural wonderland of lush valleys and meandering streams. Here, the river Lathkill carves its way through limestone gorges, creating a landscape of dramatic beauty. Walking along its winding trails, you'll encounter ancient woodlands, vibrant wildflowers, and an abundance of wildlife. Keep an eye out for the elusive dipper bird, known for its unique habit of diving underwater in search of food. Whether you're an avid hiker or simply seeking a peaceful retreat, Lathkill Dale offers an unforgettable escape into nature's embrace.
while walking round because it was such a nice day had to stop at the village pub on the green in litton village and was great to sample the english bitter again rather than the gassy lager stuff in thailand and we had some proper home made chips it mad a perfect day
also while we was at the pub having a chat with some locals who had vintage cars, that the weather ,the nice walks, village, pint and thevintage cars made a great day as well
from litton went to lathkilade a really spectacular place on the river lathkil which is one of the cleanest rivers i have seen and brought back alot of memories of my times there

Lovely house that. Great price. Is it true foreigners can’t buy property?
Awesome, we have been on the fence for the ADV vs the PCX. 99% sure we going with the ADV next month.
Continuing on my visit to uk from Thailand, a nice walk from matlock Bath to matlock, lovely day nice walk
How much was your fish & Chips.?
7 pounds for fish, chips peas and it was cod very 👌 nice
Looks very nice mick.
Nice to have a walk without sweating cobs
2 shootings and 3 stabbings in the last year where you was brought up in the valley
Why do you share not share people where you was brought up in the valley which is a shiit hole and concentrate on the middle class of Dronfield Woodhouse
I got that feeling looking at your video. I spent one year at Korat and a little over two years at Nakon Phanom before that. Good luck with your channel.
thanks a lot
I was stationed jn Korat back in the 70s. Changed sa lot since then.
Unfortunately somethings not for the better, but the people still got smiles
Nice bike
Stayed there and won't hesitate to stay there again...Brilliant!!!
Nice location
narthen lad, enjoyed ur vid from Ks tha sounds west yorks? am a mirfield lad living in Roiet
From South Yorkshire Sheffield originally now live near khon kean Been to roset a few times In fact a few years ago got first speeding ticket there
cant beat Daves big biker breakfast extra black pudding for me tho
@@thaitraveller9756 nice one Mick, were actually an hour from Roiet city on the 214 to Surin ( Kaset Wisai) stayed at Daves a couple of times by pass KK on the way there
Nice Review! I’m considering getting an ADV 160. Do you mind sharing how tall you are? I’m 5’6” (167cm) and 125lbs (56kg). I believe my leg inseam is about 30” (762mm) and the seat height is 30.7” (780mm) which is a little lower than the 150 (795mm). Being new to bikes, my main concern is it being to high and not being able to flat foot it, especially with my gf on the back (she just about 148cm tall). I am also surprised you found the seat comfortable - I’ve heard that it’s a torture seat from other reviews (though they all seem to be pretty tall or heavy people).
no problem on that bike thebike is also very stable and light
Nice sunset wow
Well done with the little dog Mick, it truely is lucky to have someone like you to sort it out and give it a home, sorry not commented for a while been watching you on the TV app so cant comment on there.
Isaan
A beautiful area .
OMG stayed we here late in 2022. id seen it on the internet and gave it a go, fantastically clean and welcoming. We walked in got a room and stayed for 13 nights. Really inexpensive. Cold beers, homemade sausages, Brilliant breakfasts, a lovely clean pool to cool of in. The staff couldnt do enough for us. my Thai family visited many times and they were welcomed. they played in the pool ate the Felang food and loved it (so did i) A no hassel place to stay. i really enjoyed the atmosphere in the bar area and would stay there again and again. see you soon. Essex Mark
Great place
Nice story Mick hope all is well goes well for her.best wishes.
She will be looked after off the streets
It's a lucky dog na ka 😊
She is but most dogs are good if looked after properly
Better than my last day at school.
Mine to xant remember that far
Nice house good green walls ideal for you as a blogger use any background you want with them green walls. Cheers Mick.
Great place for a stop off en route south or north. However, as a local drinking hole it is just too far away from any town to be a local.
True great for a few days
Is thee from Yorkshire lad ?
Can you tell
😮
How much ?
think it was in vlog but i believe about 7500 bht a month
Is thee from Yorkshire,
How did you guess
Nice video. How much is a night ?
Thanks for watching 600bht a night
@@thaitraveller9756that’s a bargain 600 a night where in chaiyaphum is it ? It’s a big province
There probably do a monthly rent as well ?
Looks so peaceful and that pool looks spotless it usually is a great indicator off cleanliness
That pool was great just right temp as well
Is your review still same after more time? Looking at the 160 adv for the Philippines
the 160 not much different than 150 its just a newer engine near enough the same but a great all round bike you,ll have fun on it compared to big clumsy bikes, does the job
You repeat the same thing over and over
Six times you've your hair coming off
What is the bird called?
I believe its a chinese pond heron
Thai call it “guy yang” 😅
Eric
thanks@@nigelbleddfa
apparently chinese heron@@kylelawlor2793
What year and how many km has it done
2015 150000 km
Im watching a few guys that are making that new transition to Thailand so I get an idea of whats coming. I will not be starting a YT channel:)
Another Pom pissing and moaning. If you dont like it catch the next flight back to Muslim England
Or get off your ass work out don’t drink to much don’t smoke at all keep your weight down and decrease your healthcare needs 80% that works too 🤷
Good advice
I think I can see why you aren't getting too many subscribers or likes. Don't always ask your best friends for advice, they aren't always honest with you and don't want to hurt your feelings. Take care and all the best, I hope your channel does grow.
North West coast of Thailand is nice and peaceful !
What's the name of the hotel in Phuket?
Why did you delete my comment?
I didn't I forgot to put thumb nail on
Good loking dog.... I'm a Border Collie man, myself!
Can I catch fish in the pond and give it to the restaurant to roast it for me?
no just put it back in
This is not the night market in Mahasarakham. This is the once a year Red Cross market held over about 9 days in February. The actual night market is about a Km away and nothing like this.
Very very low sound at the end. Looked busy. Enjoy.
Council Tax? Water rates? Huge in the UK.
i know that son pays them
Very good, your video. I just bought an adv and I'm very happy with it.
Enjoy
The jumping shrimp always gives me shudders

Do you take water for the dog so he can drink after the walk on the samlor.
