We hope you enjoy this build vs. bought video on Tents and Lean-Tos! Extra points to anyone who can tell the rest of us in the comment what the knot is called that is a square lashing with an "X" in front of it.
Great little builds. Yours look better than the plastic, for sure. Nice use of the crossed lashing knots. Interesting you started it with a straight bend. I usually start my life size versions with a clove hitch, then use frapping loops, tho this can be done by repeated cloves. Hey, whatever works, and, chances are, it only has to hold for a single night, before our adventurers move on. I enjoy using tea leaves, herbal teas, and kitchen herbs, as leaf scatter, as well. Nicely done. Good stuff. Enjoyed it

Wow! A real knot officinado! What a nice surprise. Thanks for sharing your experience and knowledge! 😁
Using green tea leaves as flock is absolutely brilliant! Those lean-to's look fantastic!
Thanks! We hope to continue to inspire your imagination engine.
Those look great! I especially like the lean-to
We're glad you like them!
Dirty work! Redo it.
I really like Howe easy this build is to make and they look just as good as the store bought models.
We're glad you like the results!
Your lashing is a diagonal lash since it has the X.
A real good Tutorial!
We humbly thank you! We hope you tell your friends. 😁
Awesome build

@@TheGameSmithsTable oh great, i'll watch it tonight!
and glad you are going back to it! subscribed, will be keeping an eye
Excellent as always
Thanks for your support!
The tea leaves are an addition that is as simple as it is unexpected. Exactly the kind of improvisation and re/upcycling that I follow you for.
Terrain that is inexpensive and easy to make are important goals of the channel.
@@TheGameSmithsTable Then I would say you meet your goals with every single one of your videos. Will you be making any new ones soon?

@@TheGameSmithsTable I hear that. I was infected only 5 weeks ago, first time in 3 years! Still tired.
