Blinker Makes Fog Lights Flash - Chrysler Town & Country (TIPM, 2011, Dodge Caravan)

Video showing how I fixed a problem on my MIL's 2011 Town & Country where whenever you operated the blinker, the fog lights would flash and front blinkers wouldn't work. Rear blinkers worked fine. Appears to be an issue where the TIPM (Total Integrated Power Module) is replaced with in the incorrect year model. Free and fairly easy fix! Resources:
