      Worth every bit on the 35K between the electric stretcher and autoload system. Unfortunately this equipment has went up 8% last month and in February going up another 12%.

      In 1971 was eighteen in Los Angeles and was applying for an”attendant “ job on a private ambulance. The manager looked at my app and said your hired, the uniforms are out back and the dispatcher just said you’ve got a call. On that call I learned how to operate the gurney, one that you kneeled on either side and lift into the rig. There were two critically burned patients. We worked 96 and 72 hour shifts ( no shit). Was eighteen and loved it. Had never heard of an emt, Red Cross training only. Was a paramedic four years later 🚑💨

      @@davidweston6653 We actually have one of the old styles still in our ambulance bay. I'm glad we don't have to use them anymore lol.
