Taking advantage of sales * Prepping a TON of ground beef

Hey! Welcome to my video. I bought a ton of ground beef on sale, and I need to get it prepped. Join me!
This is the recipe I used for the sauce on the meatloaf:

Taco meat:
3 lbs of meat
4 packets seasoning
2 1/4 cups water
Brown meat
Remove grease
And seasonings and water
Cook in instant pot 15-30 minutes
Use immersion blender to blend meat to a fine texture (I have also used a small chopper and did a little at a time)
Try to not eat it all at once! (Cuz it's so good!)

I started this video the other day and now I finally have time to finish 😅 life has been busy busy. This was great inspiration for ground beef although I feel like you do about it it's not my favorite 😂 and I cannot make a meatloaf to save my life
