I am owning Maruti brezza from past one year and this car is a gem. Recently i completed a trip of 1400 kms and in that 20-25% was ghats section and this car managed to give me 20-21 on highways which i maesured via tank to tank method two times. Handling is superb and comfort is also good. Yes after 90 km/hr u feel this car needs power but its quite livable. also AC is good and suspension are perfect. I would like to mention headlights as they are brilliant in night drive.
@@neerajkulkarni8932 I own Hybrid version but the smart hybrid system doesnt come handy on highways. Even if someone buys non hybrid he will still get highest mileage in segment.
Xuv 300 the number 1 compact suv right now, man it’s 4 year old model still ruling the segment. It just needs an interior upgrade to set the market fire 🔥.

I have been driving XUV 300 diesel for 2 years now. The power is amazing the performance and the drive comfort is really good in this car. This car actually gives you a feeling of driving an Suv.
Mahindra should also launch the XUV400 in petrol & diesel too with proper Automatic gearbox (not AMT ) & new interiors & latest features & directly compete with Creta, Seltos, Vitara & Hyryder. The XUV400 is more than capable to do so - infact Mahindra underestimated its capabilities & cut its boot to make it Sub 4 metre in XUV300.

I bought the old Nexon just before the facelift launch. XMS varient. I do a lot of Highway driving and the car didn't let me down. Very comfortable and the engine response is great.
XUV300. I have covered Agra to Manali in a Single day (approx 725 km). 300-400 km in a day is like driving in the city. Gem of a car. so comfy. totally agreed with Rachit ☺️
Long story about the cars in this segment in short. Brezza - the reliable one Venue and sonet - the most techy and gimmicky one Kiger and magnite - the most vfm one Nexon - the most balanced one Xuv300 - the most driver oriented one
For me my personal favourite is the Kia Sonet. It gives all options that the customer wants in features, fuel and transmission. It dedicates itself to customer requirements. It's unfortunate that Mahindra XUV 300 is a good product but only available in Manual or AMT and less features. This shows lack of customer dedication.
I object and it's my personal opinion which I found during my choice between sonet and XUV. Sonet and venue are most uncomfortable claustrophobic and cramped in segment forget 3 even 2 people in second row won't be comfortable even seats aren't comfortable also their mileage in Diesel and even in turbo petrol isn't impressive. I rejected it on spot and went for XUV coz of it's roominess , space , comfort, better and tested Diesel engine only drawback is boot which is comprised because of space in second row but it's manageable with some permutations and combinations

The engine of Xuv300 is awesome it produces good amount of BHP and Torque most Powerful car in it's segment But there is no rear ac vents, interior outdated and no boot space. It also needs facelift currently Nexon is segment king
Great video. A couple of suggestions. You should cover cornering headlamps and interior illumination like back-lit switches which are important at night. Also auto IRVM and electrically foldable ORVMs.
Was about to book Nexon, but now going for Venue ❤ Reason : Refined Noise-less reliable engine, smooth drive and professional sober looks. Nexon, is great too but that sporty look doesn't give proper SUV vibes. Also, the back side looks like Frog to me 😅 At last, I would always prefer buttons over touch 👍

Great efforts by team. Just in time ! New nexon looks new but rear cabin space remains claustrophobic. Brezza is an all-rounder. Xuv300 canin height is less, rear seats are literally small (to increase leg room). If you are a diesel fan (for next 15 years😂) then it would be great option. @motoroctane, if hill road test is good for brezza then how cum 6/10 ?

Still, the most reliable and robust is the Breeza automatic among this bunch. 1- 1.5 NA engine is reliable and provides ample power. 2- The design is well executed. 3- It has all the 'required' features, no extra electronic BS. 4- Breeza is actually the safest MS car in India, it's 4 stars. 5- It has proper Torque Converter automatic transmission, which if you know about automatics is way more robust and reliable than DCT/AMT/CVT etc. 6- Provided it's petrol automatic, it still returns decent fuel economy. Now, you decide.
I wish by now xuv 300 facelift to be in the market.. then it becomes a easy choice to choose between nexon and xuv300. I still feel nexon's price is not competitive misses out on small tiny bits for the money they are quoting. Booked nexon creative plus dca in bangalore.. costing for 16,17000 not convinced . Should i cancel and wait for a xuv300 facelift .. 🤔

Performance wise XUV300 is still the best. Meanwhile Nexon looks more futuristic and featured-packed vehicle with Good performance and Best Looks. These two also have the highest NCAP safety rating. I think, The XUV300 facelift with some advanced features and looks can beat all other cars in this segment. For now, I think Nexon is the one for me. . Also, how can I forget, another great and helpful video by MotorOctane. Really, nobody does this kind of comparision. One suggestion is, you are comparing all Top End Variants. You should also mention what the middle variant and base variant lacks. If possible.
I think turbo versions of Fronx and Kiger/Magnite can also be included for comparison here as they offer great value. As a consumer/buyer I will not decide class and then car, but budget and two lists of features- one "Essentials" and other "Ignoble". And then maximise my utility there. My opinion, others may disagree.

First of thanks for the comparison video. No doubt at all, Nissan magnate is the best. I have been using magnate for last 1.5 years. I purchased base variant driven 15k km, the vehicle is very good in terms of practicality i.e driving dynamics, stability and seat comfort especially rear comfort is very good. I would encourage remaining cars also to make such budget car with all safety. I encourage tata but they are taking more money than the product value and using same old mechanism and our side making make up to the cars. As an Indian save money is almost priority so go for Nissan magnate who were planning to buy Lastly, I would thanks to Nissan company making such a great car.

Brezza is an all-rounder.
Xuv300 canin height is less, rear seats are literally small (to increase leg room). If you are a diesel fan (for next 15 years😂) then it would be great option.

1- 1.5 NA engine is reliable and provides ample power.
2- The design is well executed.
3- It has all the 'required' features, no extra electronic BS.

5- It has proper Torque Converter automatic transmission, which if you know about automatics is way more robust and reliable than DCT/AMT/CVT etc.
6- Provided it's petrol automatic, it still returns decent fuel economy.

If new varients brezza / venue or sonet are able to manage get even 4 star , then they become better choise then 5 star xuv and nexon.

I wish by now xuv 300 facelift to be in the market.. then it becomes a easy choice to choose between nexon and xuv300. I still feel nexon's price is not competitive misses out on small tiny bits for the money they are quoting. Booked nexon creative plus dca in bangalore.. costing for 16,17000 not convinced . Should i cancel and wait for a xuv300 facelift .. 🤔

Performance wise XUV300 is still the best. Meanwhile Nexon looks more futuristic and featured-packed vehicle with Good performance and Best Looks. These two also have the highest NCAP safety rating. I think, The XUV300 facelift with some advanced features and looks can beat all other cars in this segment. For now, I think Nexon is the one for me.

I've Tata Nexon manual xz+ and it gives me mileage of 22-27kmpl on highway and 17-20 in town
I think turbo versions of Fronx and Kiger/Magnite can also be included for comparison here as they offer great value. As a consumer/buyer I will not decide class and then car, but budget and two lists of features- one "Essentials" and other "Ignoble". And then maximise my utility there. My opinion, others may disagree.

No doubt at all, Nissan magnate is the best.
I have been using magnate for last 1.5 years. I purchased base variant driven 15k km, the vehicle is very good in terms of practicality i.e driving dynamics, stability and seat comfort especially rear comfort is very good.
I would encourage remaining cars also to make such budget car with all safety.
I encourage tata but they are taking more money than the product value and using same old mechanism and our side making make up to the cars.
As an Indian save money is almost priority so go for Nissan magnate who were planning to buy
Lastly, I would thanks to Nissan company making such a great car.
