This is making me hungry. Most of the kebab places in Sweden just buy their kebab meat from the store its just not the same as this. Here everything is fresh, making good food is art. Keep up the good work.
I am astonished. The Greeks still haven't discovered this dish. They copy almost all Turkish cuisine, it's amazing how they missed this dish. If they are having trouble finding a name, they can solve the problem by adding a suffix at the end as usual. Cagaki, cag kebabis or cagdes :D
And ıts looks like a Turkish Döner Kebab but ıt has a some different material their insides. For instance: Çağ kebabı composes of onions. But Turkish Döner does not consists of onion and minced meet😊
@@berkegokcen2696 The famous traveler "Evliya Celebi", who lived in the 17th century, mentioned in his notes that he encountered a group of nomadic Turks on the road and that one of them cut a lamb with a long knife and cut it into thin pieces. They arranged these pieces on the axle of a horse carriage and cooked them over the fire. They cut off the cooked parts and ate them. When I read what he mentioned, cag kebab came to my mind.

cağ kebabı hafif çiğ olur. tam pişmiş et seviyorsanız başka lezzetler deneyebilirsiniz. işin kuralı bu .cağ kebabı bir döner çeşidi değildir.ayrıca etin hiçbir çeşidi yanmış simsiyah olmuş şekilde müşteriye sunulmaz.yok öyle bir et yeme şekli.

Terbiye özellikle çıplak elle yapılır. Ustanın elinin lezzeti yemeğe geçsin diye. Bu sebeple her önüne gelen çalışan ete dokunup terbiye yapamaz. Cağ kebabın memleketi Erzurum dan tüm Türklere ve dünyaya selamlar.
looks great well done job but the only thing is him marinating meat touching food with a ring on his finger its very important when handling food nails short and no rings or any jewellery on your hands fingers etc...--but you can see the place is clean with great friendly service good job👍👍
@@moodifoodiberlin i believe you that he does wash his hands but rings always should be off fingers when handling food. I can see how you are all clean the place is clean. But rings should be not worn

Mesleği bırakıp gibip bi yerlerde dönerci mi açsam acaba. Tatillerde yurda dönüp "ehonomi çoh iyi yeğen bah herkeş gafelerde" derim, bulunduğum yerde de sol ateist partilere, ülkede de dinci sağ partilere oy veririm 😂
I love ❤️ kebabs but 😢 sadly I can't ever eat another chicken kebab I had severe food poisoning that put me in hospital for a week 😫 the pain i had was tomuch to bearer plus I was passing blood so the doctors kept me in hospital for a week or 7 days to be exact and it was the kebab that gave me the poisoning so the hospital got intouch with food hygiene and reported it on my behalf.
Das ist 100% bestes Lammfleisch + alles täglich hausgemacht, wie man im Video sehen kann. Qualität hat ihren Preis und ist mit einem 08/15 Massenproduktions-Döner, der im Schnitt ja auch schon 6 Euro kostet, nicht zu vergleichen. Hier zählt: Qualität vor Quantität. Klar, ist natürlich nichts für jeden zweiten Tag😉✌️
Gutes Lammfleisch ist nicht billig, die ganze Handarbeit des Spießes, noch dazu mit dem frischen Brot vom hauseigenen Backmeister. Und die Menge an Fleisch bei drei Spießen sollte man nicht unterschätzen, da es im Gegensatz zum Döner viel dicker runtergeschnitten wird. Ist eben was besonderes und nichts für jede Woche. Gibt ja noch den leckeren Dürüm oder das Sandwich für den kleineren Geldbeutel.✌️
die preise sind einfach wahnsinn. aber solange geld da ist und die leute es bezahlen ist doch alles gut. ich kaufe nichts bei ihnen. ich kaufe aber auch nicht den hackfleisch-doener aus schlachtresten hergestellt.mfg@@moodifoodiberlin

Subsequently, ıt is come from eastern part of Turkey - Erzurum and this is old traditional food. 😊

Yes, I prefer the kebab with lamb! Very authentic preparation maybe the same as in Türkiye! However, I do like a sauce with the meat.
The amazing part is, how they convert one thing's from too many delicious dishes. it's like a art of making food .😮😮
