As I explore the local backstreets of the famous Old Quarter district of Vietnam's capital, Hanoi, I was shocked to still see how the customers food is prepared in the modern era. Then trying to dodge to masses of motorbikes coming straight towards you and the local rip off merchants, it's a must to be on your guard at all times.
