After a couple of months of staying with friends I moved into my little condo in BGC (Bonifacio Global City), Metro Manila in April 2016. Here's a little tour :)
the best way to plant any seeds in fils weather is to place seeds in semi wet/damp papertowel and put in ziplock bag. place outside so sun warms it up, add alittle water in bag ever other day to keep seeds moist. doing this will help germinate the seeds quickly. after 2 weeks take seeds out, u should see the roots growing out the seeds..now u can plant and water alil daily. u should be ok from there

You got a good deal, living in a nice modern area access to swimming pools and a nice furnished apartment. But the view is amazing, I want to live there.

There is a rangehood (exhaust fan) to take away grease smoke above the microwave, but hot plate underneath it. It would be too high to use the portable electric hotplate above the microwave - so maybe the microwave gets moved when you want to use the rangehood and the electric hotplate, but it is still too high to cook on top of the fridge. The placement of the rangehood is poorly designed, but aside from the rangehood issue it is a nice little kitchen.
Crikey mate. Nice condo it seems cozy. I find it cool living in a limited space like tiny studio apartment in the city area and set up the interior design to your preference.

I should introduce you to them and share some art facts and shows. Too bad I’m base here in US right now but planning to visit our family soon.

Nice apartment and view but dont care much for manila. When I move back there I'm planning on moving to Palawan or Dumaguete. Really love those places. Keep up that work for the Lord!! God Bless!!!

Hi ms. Sadler I'm a Filipino American bout to make a leap of faith once again after living in the US for 30 some years. My whole family and I are moving to the Philippines the rest of our lives. Well that is for my wife and myself, . We have two boys who would also be coming along, we are wondering how much for a condo like this one price wise to be bough out right? Because my boys are going to school but they need to do their work as well and a place such as this would be valuable rather than renting. They are work at home guys and the only thing they need is a place to do all their work and go to school in between. I'd appreciate you input. Thanks!
if its 25k, its not bad at all for a foreigner. what i mean is you might be able to negotiate for 22-23k if for long term and thats about 20k of savings per year. also, it might be better to dispose of the old couch because every sqm of legroom you are paying for every month.

And I told her , you don't need to anymore at 59, it's time to get out of Kansas and back to the Philippines. So, please tell me is the 25k includes all utilities and cable. And is it a month to month contract?
Samuel Bongcayao unfortunately the 25k doesn't include utilities, I paid water and electricity on top and didn't have cable. It was also a yearly contract. You should still come to back to the Philippines though! :)
Lovely place...nicely adjusted all this stuff u have...awesome view...wow....but on the rent ...25k...is a little expensive ...taking in view that u will also have to pay the electric and water bill....
