I’ll take BGC/Eastwood/Ortigas/Ayala with all of their amenities, restaurants,and Malls and branch out from there to travel and visit different places as opposed to the Province and their abysmal medical response times or limited services.

I'm so sure somewhere in BGC there is a $20k/mo unit. You just have to look and don't rush. A $20K per month is more reasonable.

Are you aware that the 'agent' sets the price with a built in monthly residual for himself? If you deal directly with the owner and offer 3 months rent in advance, you are in a better position to get a condo for under the 30K rent price average you are looking at.

A cheat code would be to buy the 40k condo, buy a rice cooker then buy meals around the karinderya's in south cembo which is just behind Grand Hyatt hotel
You cook your RICE and you can buy 2 meals for like $2-3 haha

Would you please check out the luxe residences in BGC.
You said some of these units have not been rented for 1 or 2 years. How is this possible? I have seen many large condo buildings in BGC with not many units lite up at night. Do wealthy investors buy these and just let them sit until they appreciate? You would think the condo fees, maintenance and utilities would cost them more than any future profit. I would love for someone to sit down and do a video about how the condo market works in BGC.

Those are some relatively cheap places. In the U.S. it can cost around $20k-30k minimum for that type of location.

If you have a monthly salary of 50k. 30k rent plus food and personal necessities, can you even earn? It's all right if your monthly salary is 100k a month. I'm curious of the cost of living there a month! What jobs you need to afford a condo. Can you also conduct interviews?

i may be wrong but i think its 2 months advance + 2 months deposit so 30k x 4 = 120k

Do I just post on a Facebook BGC group to find one of these agents to help me look for a unit? Can they show us several units? Is there a fee? Strangely, these videos do not take you step by step. It's just content to show the units with a lot of hand gestures 😄 Please help.

One year empty that’s all u need to know about the market their way over priced I’d offer 19k max because that’s fair market value and I’m sure their are 100s of units empty their because they are extremely over priced by 30-40%
I've done that, most say no. I saw a place for 35k 2 years ago and offered 28k.
It's still empty and now they are asking for 45k lol.
Monthly dues are 2k/month, so that's about 60k in dues + 700k in lost rent they could've received if they agreed to my price of 28k.
Maybe they find a renter at 45k, but it will take them 5 years to earn that money back.
Sadly that is very typical amongst Landlords in BGC.
that last one would have been perfect if not for that awful living room layout.
Shoe box living with noisy aircon = split aircon is a must with the compressor outside the room 😮
These high rise apartments are ok until the building gets infested with cockroaches

"Massive green space" 😂😂 Your desperation to convince people that BGC is the place to be is rather amusing. Why the heck would I pay TWICE what I pay (17k) for a nice 2-bedroom mid-rise condo, in a really mice peaceful development, with a great view of the Antipolo Hills, in Pasig, backing onto the Marikina River? With 2 pools, two clubhouses, a gym, a bunch of well-known brand restaurants just a few minutes walk outside, along with a huge SM hypermarket at Tiendesitas and Landers Arcovia only 5 minutes away. And, because I own my own 125cc motorbike, only 10-15 minutes from all the big malls in Ortigas, 10 minutes from BGC, 20 minutes from Makati, and easy access to the countryside out in Rizal.
Seriously, people need to stop drinking the BGC KoolAid and realise there is so much more to the metro.
How many parks and green areas are there in your area? With so many parks and playgrounds, BGC is an excellent place to live if you have children. Additionally, everything in the city is designed to be accessible by foot, which is beneficial to your health. We can simply walk to the grocery store, to get a haircut, to the movies, to the park with our dogs, and so on. If you are single, owning a motorcycle is convenient, but if you are with family, you will need to drive your car through traffic to go to the places you named.
It's rather amusing how one can put down other's recommendations because one thinks his/er opinion is superior to the rest. BGC KoolAid? How laughable. Has it crossed your mind that maybe, just maybe, the people living in BGC have already done the math and found it most logical to reside there and not in your glorious mid-rise condo, wherever that is? Has it ever crossed your mind, before you so arrogantly bragged about your place, that these people residing in BGC must have... hmmm... considered several factors that would cater to their personal and family's needs before they selected BGC among other options? What is good and practical for you may not be good for the rest of the world. So, stop shoving your opinion down our throats. Your desperation to convince us that your 17k unit is the better option is simply too obvious.
@@john792A2 BGC is an overpriced, glorified place. If you have children you'd need to pay like 100k for a place lmao. You might as well live in the West which is over all better. Imagine paying 35k for a box. One of the condos was 30k with a fucking 24 inch TV lmao. People who go here think they are special.
