- Flintlock: The Siege Of Dawn is shaping into one of the more unusual action adventures we’ve played in a while: a world where you slay the gods with Napoleonic pistols, duel in rhythmic combat and fly through the air courtesy of a magic fox creature. In our new Flintlock gameplay we break down five Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn features that you’ll love.
Our Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn gameplay comes from a GDC demonstration. This isn’t a full Flintlock review, but we can’t wait to get our hands on the full thing. We watched how combat plays to a hidden rhythm, how you level up your reputation into a god-slaying hero and why its one of the more dexterous action games around. As you’ll see in our Flintlock PS5 gameplay you’re constantly zipping all over the place, so you best limber up.

Ashen is a great little game, expect this to be good too, people seem to forget that this is an indie studio
I didn't know the studio behind ashen made this. I have it Dowloaded for when it releases day one on gamepass. Ashen was a hidden gem for me. I enjoyed it.
My „Forsaken/Gotham Knights/Kill the Justice League“ sense is tingling… I see purple HUD elements: HELL NAH!

Wish this was just an action RPG rather than having all the Souls elements.
I was interested untill I heard it was a souls like. I like souls games, I like well done souls like games, but I only like doing them on occasion. There are to many of them right now. At least for me. I have enough soulslike games on my backlog for the next 6 years or so. So it's a pass for me. I will only make exceptions for soulslike games that either have stunning unique art, or multiplayer/co op without invading as a play option.

Seems like an interesting idea. I wanna see more from it and i hope and pray that it releases polished. Indie studios are relatively good at releasing decent-to-well polished games but still you can never be too careful
This game is coming to Game Pass on release. Great way to check it out for free (with a subscription of course).
Looks similar to Atlas Fallen.
Interesting story about belief and modernity and how that clashes.
Creative enemy and world design.
Interesting combat system that emphasizes frame data and combos.

No you won't..
You are able to upgrade from the ps4 to the ps5 version for a £10 fee but don't believe there is one for ps3 to ps4. Meaning you would need to purchase the game twice, once for the ps3 and again on the ps4.
no you buy on ps3 you only get ps3 if you buy on ps4 you can upgrade to ps5 for 10$

Looks really interesting, the setting and the combat seem like they have made some interesting ideas with the rhythm and Enki helping out, have no clue why people are saying it reminds them of Forspoken, to me it's nothing like that at all
Some of the "consultants" that have been in the news recently were involved with this. The developer claims any of their input was removed so we shall see, but that is why there are links to Forsaken and others.

@Avoca91 in fairness yeah, from a commercial standpoint, out 5 months and yet to break even. Feels like Lake developed Kojima syndrome but doesn't have the Japanese market to save his blushes. I hope they don't go under Control was very good.
