Looks awesome hearty healthy and oh so good, great video nice looking carbine steel. More videos on those please. Thanks for sharing always enjoy watching thanks again.
That was wonderful. I can't wait for spring to try this out. I have to admit the chicken looks great but the pot pie made my mouth water. Looking forward to more of your Videos.
I have noticed, it seems most cultures, include some sort of bread or bread like food with meals..French baguettes, crusty Italian bread, Greek pita, Mexican tortillas, American white bread n butter..Etc …Lol
Sure looks tasty Luis !! I just started with cast iron restoration a few months ago after watching many vidios on the subject for about a year . I want to keep teaching my daughters traditional ways . Thank you sir !
@@kevo8225 yes it really is a good thing to learn. My kiddos will definitely learn how to cook with cast iron and I am hopeful I can pass down my cookware. Thanks for the support and for leaving a comment.
@@janstewart2041 this is why I I got one, LSG and Dutch Oven Cooking. Looking forward to more outdoor cooking and I will be uploading more Dutch oven and grilling videos
that's awesome luis. everything looked delicious! I haven't bought a Dutch oven yet. I like the smitheys but the only downside side I feel like to them is that they don't have a lifting handle. have you done a review on them?
Thanks. Dutch ovens might seem limited or perhaps difficult to use. Once you start cooking and baking in Dutch Ovens it becomes almost a challenge. So many variables but yet it’s not as complex as many may think. Cast iron can be forgiving and the learning curve isn’t very hard, as long as you have some knowledge of cooking. I have not done a review on Smithey Dutch ovens yet. Thanks for watching and for leaving a comment.
@@cynthiawesley8470 I like caramelized onions and raw but… the steamed or boiled onion just doesn’t do it for me… 😆 Thanks for watching and for leaving a comment

A wonderful video, quite inspiring ! And yes, even though I'm not Mexican myself, I believe every family needs those darn tortillas too 😊

Love my lodge cooking table
I just got this table and it’s awesome. It makes things so much easier to cook with Dutch ovens
@@luisj.castironcooking also pairs well with the LSPG and KOG

You make such good vids broski

A carbon steel skillet review/demos would be AWESOME!!! I’m still waiting on my McMurry vaquero to ship, and I have 2 Matfer’s, 8” n 10”
I ordered a Mcmurry vaquero skillet as well and I have not received it either. I will do a breakfast meal with Carbon steel.
@@luisj.castironcooking That would be awesome🥳
Yum!
Heck yeah bring out the flour tortillas. I gotta have them with my roasted chicken too and smashed beans with homemade salsa
Yes some pinto beans, salsa and pico de gallo. As simple as it might be to some it really is a great meal.
Next time you make a pot pie mix up some biscuits and use them instead of crust, it's good.
Thanks I will try that sounds good!

Nope that is how they were made. Thanks
Brine the chicken ahead of time to get more taste in the meat
