Constable Pete Quinell came back to life to play. Plus I can't believe Dom let him play after he assassinated his character all those Call of Cthulhu games ago.
Now having finished the video, I loved it. Everyone's characters were lovely, the baddies were bad, and the callbacks were delightful. Props to Sully for keeping up the "nth worst whatever" bit. I love how Dom ties his maddening world together each time in what I assume will be called The Domniverse. Also, glad that SOMEBODY made the stag joke, I'm just surprised it was an NPC and not one of the players. And I have to say, the intro was glorious. Confusing at first, until you learn the reason for the road trip. I hope they give that place a bad review.
The realisation that this was a built narrative of every campaign so far made this much much more daunting. The storytelling was genius and terrifying. Really rewards people that have taken the time to understand the lore so far. If Dom somehow mixes the two American based stories of the Y files and the western campaign it would be crazy! I’m just waiting till he states the name Cthulhu. The community is going to go crazy 😂

I love seeing how everything converges and the different sessions weave together. Seeing Sully and Laurie's expressions as they put everything together is a treat.
I've only recently found NRB (found em, by randomly clicking on a Blood on the Clocktower video, and was immediately enamored by you lot! ) and these Call of Cthulhu play throughs, and I would just like to say. WOW are these ever fantastic. I've enjoyed every single one of them sofar (2 more to go for me atm). Some observations! 1. Dom is an absolute AMAZING games master, his control over the story, the characters (and all their unique distinct voices/accents), and the HORROR is amazing. I love how he conveys the world, and makes it easy to understand what is where and how for the audience. I'm also really digging the slowly build up connectivity of all the games. 2. Laurie is an seriously underrated performer, he's continiously in it for the ride, fully commits to the character, and NAILS their unique mannerisms and voices. 3. Sullivan is, equally, amazing. I love how he can make the most rediculous characters (Dr. Quack Doctor, should just NOT work in such a serious setting), but gives them real personalities and deptht. His acting has alot to do with it, and I really feel for each of them when something goes awry. (I would like to add that I also have nothing but great things to say about all the other players sofar, but since these are the players in each of the episodes I figured I'd focus on them). A hearty thanks! And you have all inspired me to run a CoC one shot for my friends! I doubt I'll be anywhere as engaging as you lot are, but I'll sure do my best :D
After finishing this once more I need to praise Dom’s storytelling ability. Every reference had my partner and I on the edge of our seat and love how everything is interconnected. Amazing story, wonderful characters and can’t wait to see what more torture Dom has in store!

I love the callbacks. Horatio was the vampire in the cowboy episode, which made Tilly’s jaunt through time a loop. The Reek manor stuff and the various connections. And so much other stuff! 🎉 Amazing work!

I loved it then, and it totally fits this one too. Good choice! I really love the cast’s energy in this one. Laurie and Sully are great at playing both curt and crazy characters; their range is fantastic. Pete, congrats on finally being a part of CoC and getting some revenge! 😂 And Liv’s manic energy was just so infectious and I always call her Felicity now 😂 Thanks again Dom for this interconnected universe! Fantastic, masterful work! This episode is one of my favorites among all the CoC. 🎉 PS: I’m not exactly sure about the legalese with CoC, but I hope you’ll publish the series as a campaign in the future!
