Tbh is more of a half truth. Super Tier Magic does have a cool down between casts and daily usage limits. Its just not 10 years, more like 20 minutes. Some of his other spells however are capped off. For example, he can't summon 8 of the dark baby goats anymore unless he gets another 100,000 corpses to tribute.

He used his innate class skills to attack. Not a spell. As he did in the last arc where he cast a spell on his hands. (touch of undeath) and paralysis. Techincally he didnt those were mosty passive skills for example the warrior king has a regenerative ability but since its passive it doesnt count as using a spell,ainz just has a poison effect when you touch him

Passive abilities activate on their own usually within MMORPG, which later during the fight ainz palmed him during the match which was either poison like you said or a dark ability for damage. So there for he used magic, also he isn't really a warrior class which he is only copying abilities of what he has seen, like clementine. These are plot holes

Nope, Yggdrasil cap was 100 and it was relatively easy to reach, as the game encouraged players to try and explore all possibilities regarding racial classes and skills, items, etc. So it was quite common to lose and regain levels as you experimented with your character. In the new world, however, it seems to be a lot harder to do the same, that's why Ainz is keeping himself from using any kind of item os skill that could cost him levels, as it would take a VERY long time to get them back. On the flip side, the level cap apparently no longer exists or was increased above 100.

This is an entirely different world with the only resemblance to Yggdrasil being brought over by players in the past. Every creature in the new world in theory could reach a level of power on par with level 1 million but the things summoned from Yggdrasil are still capped at level 100.
