Hi..senior citizen saving scheme me jaisa ki apne btaya ki lock period 5 yrs hai. Agr is dauran us senior citizen ki death ho jati h to kya ye nominee ko carry fwd hoga? Otherwise kya position rahegi?
I'm 54 and my wife and I are VERY worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily. We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them. We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead. My condolences to anyone retiring in this crisis, 30 years nonstop just for a crooked system to take all you worked for.
I feel your pain mate, as a fellow retiree, I’d suggest you look into passive index fund investing and learn some more. For me, I had my share of ups and downs when I first started looking for a consistent passive income so I hired an expert advisor for aid, and following her advice, I poured $30k in value stocks and digital assets, Up to 200k so far and pretty sure I'm ready for whatever comes.
One lesson I've learnt from billionaires is to always put your money to work, and diversifying your investments. I'm planning to invest about $30k of my savings in stocks this year, and I hope I make profits.
You are right. The best approach I feel is to diversify investments- by spreading investments across different asset classes like bonds, real estate, and international stocks, they can reduce the impact of a market meltdown.
That makes sense. I’ve been using a financial market expert for two years now and I own a six-figure diversified portfolio from investing in stocks. I want to diversify more this year, though.
I really want to get in with a financial advisor this year, especially as all markets are hitting highs. I don't want to be too optimistic and end up losing everything.
As an lnvesting enthusiast, I often wonder how top level investors are able to become millionaires off investing. . I’ve been sitting on over $545K equity from a home sale and I’m not sure where to go from here, is it a good time to buy into stocks or do I wait for another opportunity?.
People dismiss the importance of advisors until they are burned by their own emotions. I remember a couple of summers ago, following my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to assist my business stay alive, so I looked for qualified consultants and came across someone with the highest qualifications. She has helped me raise my reserve from $275k to $850k, despite inflation.
How can I participate in this? I sincerely aspire to establish a secure financial future and am eager to participate. Who is the driving force behind your success?
Every week I buy more of whatever is the lowest percentage of my portfolio and try to keep everything around 10%, but what could be my safest buys with $400k to outperform the market in 2024?
I would avoid the index funds, mutual funds, or specific stocks for the time being. 5% fixed incomes are the safest bet for now. Save your cash for when the market actually shows signs of recovery or better still consult an advisor
Generally speaking, woking with an advisor can be beneficial acquiring wealth gains in form of dividends, digital assets, etc, and over time will provide more returns. Thankfully, I can attest to the success of this approach seeing my portfolio of $330k grow by 25% in this bull run
@janbechler9618 this is interesting! the bull rally seems a good time to invest, never invested in the stock market before but quite enthused about it, would obviously need some guide as a total newb... mind if I look up your advisor please?
I have been working with 'Monica Selena Park,' and the beauty of it is her expertise extends to various aspects of financial advisory. She has skillfully constructed a diversified portfolio for me including digital assets, i have amassed 7 figures earnings, capable of withstanding inflation and market changes. I'd suggest you research her further on your browser, sure you'll find her basic info.
Great video! For 2023, it’s hard to nail down specific predictions for the housing market is because it’s not yet clear how quickly or how much the Federal Reserve can bring down inflation and borrowing costs without tanking buyer demand for everything from homes to cars.
A lot of folks have been going on about a January rally and said stocks that would be experiencing significant growth these festive season, any idea which stocks this may be? I just sold my home in the Boca Grande area and I’m looking to remunerate a lump sum into the stock market before stocks rebound, is this a good time to buy or no?
Thanks for sharing, I just looked her up on the web and I would say she really has an impressive background in investing. I will write her an e-mail shortly.
Sir I have seen all kinds of financial videos on TH-cam but nothing to beat you!!! My mom and mother in law are 80 year old. Hats off to you… you explain in such simple terms, I am a corporate professional over 50 years of age but honestly most financial fundas are becoming clear only now. I will not let my daughter make the mistakes that I made. Thanks for this wonderful education. I wish I had seen your videos 20 years ago!

Investors should exercise caution with their exposure and exercise caution when considering new investments, particularly during periods of inflation. It is advisable to seek guidance from a professional or trusted advisor in order to navigate this recession and achieve potential high yields.
This is superb! Information, as a noob it gets quite to handle all of this and staying informed is a major cause, how do you go about this are you a pro investor?
Through closely monitoring the performance of my portfolio, I have witnessed a remarkable growth of $500k in just the past two quarters. This experience has shed light on why experienced traders are able to generate substantial returns even in lesser-known markets. It is safe to say that this bold decision has been one of the most impactful choices I have made recently.
