she can work for more 2yrs and increase her corpus to 1.5cr and start SWP to withdraw 12L per annum and increase with 5% inflaton.. investing for extra 2 years till age 40 will make lot of difference in her corpus
SWP is being played wrongly. Not all funds return 12% each year. There could be multi year flat/negative return years and your expenses cant be flat during those years which will eat up the fund drastically. Please do suggest BUCKET STRATEGY instead of just SWP.
Education inflation in India at present is 11-12 % and so as food inflation at 9-10 %. Moreover markets never give consistent returns, since we are looking for a SWP it will definitely give lesser returns as we are withdrawing consistently from the corpus.
Though i understand her concern to be with her child but being parent of 9 years old myself I wish I could tell her that 0 to 10 yrs are the golden years of any child where he needs you and you can witness his first steps in outside world. Hello Ankur Sir, I really appreciate your insights on financial planning and money matters. Could you please provide some guidance on building a financial plan for those of us who don’t have a fixed income? I have been working in the NGO sector for the past 7 years, where income can be unpredictable. This makes it challenging to commit to fixed monthly SIPs, step-up SIPs, or other regular investments. Any advice on managing savings and investments effectively in such a scenario would be really helpful. Thank you --- This comment is concise and directly explains your need. Let me know if you’d like any adjustments!
In this 10 years you live like sadhu. No iphone can buy, no car can buy. no other expensive products also no travelling. Later you live similiar becuase you have limited source. My question is : is this life?
Don't give wrong hopes by assuming inflation as 5 %. The segmental inflation is minimum 10%. And even higher. Consider the inflation in healthcare, education. Just for the sake of excel sheet maths, this will ruin lives of ppl depending on these maths
Segment depends on where you want to spend your money on. After quitting job and being financially free you won't be spending your money in segments which have a higher inflation. So I think it's justified.
@Ankur Sir: You give very nice insights and I love your videos especially the education ones where you tell us about investing concepts. I would request you to please also do a video considering a halal investor. Because there are some of us who cannot buy index funds containing companies involved in war, gambling etc or highly leveraged ones.
Great insights. Got to learn a lot from it. Ankur one last thought from my side. May you please attach the excel file too, it would be very helpful for our financial modeling as well?
Hi Ankur you did not factor in the yearly inflation 50k wont't suffice going forward maybe for few years it might but after some point she has either withdraw more for her expenses... don't know am I making sense here
HELLO SIR, (VIDEO TIME 26:43) QUESTION SIR, HAME OLD SIP WITHDRAWL KARKE NEW SIP 10% BADAKAR START KARNA HOGA YA OLD SIP WAISE HI RAKHKE NEW SIP START KARNA HOGA??
I have a doubt. What does it mean to end an sip after 1 year ? Does it mean u have to redeem the amount ? Because then u will lose compunding value right ? Or Does it mean that continue taht same sip with 10 percent step up ?
he means if that SIP is not giving u good return, then change it. Don't expect that sip will give good amount of return, u may get less than ur principal.
Ankur Ji.. SWP withdrawal pe bhi toh tax lagega short term ya long term..toh uska impact kese bear krege retirement ke time pe.. Is there any way we dont need to pay any tax on SWP. Withdrawal
Hi Sir, Can you please share that retirement plan excel sheet which you have explained in the video or Is it already available in any of your existing videos?
It's related to increasing them by 10%. So in order to increase your SIP by 10%, you'll need to go back to your SIP configurations and quit the old one and make a new one with the increased amount. But if the app that you already use provide this functionality to increase the SIP amount in the same SIP, then you don't need to quit and restart the new one. Just configure the older one.
Hey Ankur, I'd like to discuss my situation in your Money Matters videos. I need some advice on how to systematically pay off my two home loans that I purchased this year. Any feedback would be great. Please advise ?

In this 10 years you live like sadhu. No iphone can buy, no car can buy. no other expensive products also no travelling. Later you live similiar becuase you have limited source.
My question is : is this life?
After 10 years 50 k mai ghar chalana is quite difficult,
wo aaj ke 50k hain bhai, Isiliye bolte hain nasha karke video nahi dekhna chahiye
@@Funnystory50 exactly impossible hoga yes
last 10yrs k pehle v 50k bohot kuch tha. next 50yrs me v 50k kafi kuch hoga
do add inflation 5% every year..
Depends on Your Needs😂
Sir aapke video bahut acha laga raha hai thank you sir😊

You are the best sir.. Respect karte hai ❤❤
What about negative swp? Please make them know consequences it’s hard earned money.hope u get my point
38 उम्र की जगह अगर 40 तक काम करना संभव हो तो आगे की journey और आसान हो जाएगी😊
Great insights. Got to learn a lot from it.
Ankur one last thought from my side.
May you please attach the excel file too, it would be very helpful for our financial modeling as well?
30cr will worth 1 crore whereas expense will remain 50k per month😵💫
Behtareen sir g
Hi Ankur you did not factor in the yearly inflation 50k wont't suffice going forward maybe for few years it might but after some point she has either withdraw more for her expenses... don't know am I making sense here
Did u include the 12.5% we have to pay to nirmala sitaraman for long term gain?🤨
😅😅😅😅😅
May be higher that time

HELLO SIR, (VIDEO TIME 26:43) QUESTION SIR, HAME OLD SIP WITHDRAWL KARKE NEW SIP 10% BADAKAR START KARNA HOGA YA OLD SIP WAISE HI RAKHKE NEW SIP START KARNA HOGA??
Old wala waise he rahega new uske bad start karoge tabhi to compounding Kam karega n usme 😊
We can modify the existing sip amt in the same fund
12%, 15%, and 18% returns for the next 57 years consistently look unrealistic.
I have a doubt. What does it mean to end an sip after 1 year ? Does it mean u have to redeem the amount ?
Because then u will lose compunding value right ?
Or
Does it mean that continue taht same sip with 10 percent step up ?
he means if that SIP is not giving u good return, then change it. Don't expect that sip will give good amount of return, u may get less than ur principal.
Thank you sir ❤❤❤
Ankur Ji.. SWP withdrawal pe bhi toh tax lagega short term ya long term..toh uska impact kese bear krege retirement ke time pe.. Is there any way we dont need to pay any tax on SWP. Withdrawal
share market is down since 1st October . will sip provide so much return after a very long time . i dont think so .
my SIP is now in negative, so no gurantee of profit. u may get less then ur investment amount, forget about profit.
Fd best or do option trading
I wish Mr ankur wariqu ab tak financial freedom achieve kar liya hota... Ye vdos dekhni nai padti 😂
Excellent
Great content, 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
@warikoo , did you consider that SIP will stop in 10 years when she retires? Still she will have 30 crores at age of 85?
Hi Sir,
Can you please share that retirement plan excel sheet which you have explained in the video or Is it already available in any of your existing videos?
Sir please explain what is the logic behind quiting every sip after 1 year and start new one.

Sir ek question tha, archu has invested money in 3 different sip(mutual fund) so if she wants to do swp at the age of 38 then how she can do it? Curious to know it? Or anyone other one please let me know?
Will she withdrwal all money from all mutual funds and put it in one nifty 50 ? Or any other way to do it?
10 sal ke bad sab funds se jo total Paisa hoga usse
Exactly, I was thinking the same
