Hi Adam, I did valve adjustments on my 2015 Cascadia with DD15 at 300k first time and at 800k second time in the first week of this year. After that the MPG is down from 8 mpg to 7. Ask the dealer, they said its normal and it will get better. I want to hear it from you.

Why I feel I have more power by using the Cruise control than just using the fuel paddle….if have the cruise on then I want to speed using the fuel paddle I feel like I’m driving corvette…but if cruise off …have no power

Hello tat, i bought some used Nissan UD GH13 which engine of volvo d13 and seems like my trucks are using 600litres to make 860Km.. And is sounds crazy.. Because other semi truck are using around 450litres to make same mileage as mentioned 860km But mine is 600litres for 860km any ideas Trucks doesn't smoke at all..
Are all these recommendations exactly applicable to a Volvo D13 maintenance schedule? And if not, can you do one on the D13 please ? Keep up the GREAT work!
Replacing DEF filters are VERY expensive, you DONT have to replace them. You can take them off and clean them out with a high pressure washer until you get clear water coming out. Do NOT use any harsh cchemicals in the wash out but you can use dawn soap. that will not hurt the filter and that cleans everything to grease.

If you want to run longer oil change intervals say 50k to 75k which freightliner says you can do you must average 7 mpg and above and also don't change your fuel filters unless your fuel is hitting the full mark on the filter in the see thru canister otherwise hour wasting your hard earned money on these shops for extra pms you don't even need
Turbo job is very expensive. What’s reason of fail turbo . And how can we care and take look how bad or good condition is . It destroys DEF box too . Teach us pls
So would you say 1600 to 1700 rpm is too high too consistently run a dd15 @ 75 mph plus my mpg is 7.8 have the d12 trand 2.47 rears . Also I hate when in automatic mode how it downshifting while eng braking turns 2300rpms i dont think thats safe .

I get hesitation on my 2001 freightliner century on my high side more when I’m loaded it hesitates and bucks in 8th & 9th gear more ... I let off gas and it stops ... what you think ?
Wow... I noticed you always use mileage for service intervals....I always use hrs....every 200 hrs I change oil and filter, every 100 hrs I grease, every 400 hrs I change fuel filter, I also use a fuelpro filter on my ISX 550 which I change at 2/3 of the way to the top..black portion of the filter.. thanks for the vid!!

TAT Express Inc. yes, I had a decent amount of “sticktion” on my dd15. I added hotshot sticktion remover the oil and it quieted the engine down a good bit. I would be very interested to know your thoughts on many of the popular diesel fuel and engine oil additives that are out there such as hotshot, motorkote, Lucas etc.
My takeaway from this as an o/o is to do the maintenance you’re supposed to do anyways. There was nothing new learned. This feels like a video you would see on a dvd after buying a new freightliner 🤷🏻♂️

Yes they are similar , @ 150k doser is recommenced to be replaced. I will do a video

If you have 2.47 rears you should never be at 1600 or 1700 rpm at 75 mph

Why nobody wants to talk about paccar engines. I heard you replace every part around the engine leaving the engine intact with no repairs

DD15? It could be QCV or pump. I would have it troubleshot by an experienced shop.
