You're probably getting hit by the Quake. His first AOE is in the center, which you avoid, but the second is a big ring surrounding him. The safe spot is hidden by the doll's gaze. So dodge the first quake, go into the center for the second, and then go back out like in the video and Diamondback so you only get hit by two of the doll lasers. If you get hit by one of the quakes and then eat the two doll lasers you'll die even with Diamondback.
I'm going to be that guy and ask: What is with your war crime of a hot bar set up? I mean, if it works for you, awesome, but it upsets me in a way I can't articulate lmao
Sadly u have to as the lvl80 weapon is locked behind this fight, tho I guess outside of Ilvl it’s not much of an issue since all the weapons have the same stats (give or take 1-2 materia slots) and if I’m correct, the 2nd lvl 80 weapon is locked behind this fights time trial… which sucks cuz it’s blus first dyeable weapon… and it’s an umbrella!
@@lunyiea turns out I was wrong about how u get the umbrella achievement, u don’t have to beat the preferred time, there’s a channel called bananaki, he posted what u need to do in the info box
Spell 121 is a perma 40 potency DoT while you have it active in an instance until the enemy dies, don't need to recast it ever unless you want it on a new target. Spell 109 is a 120 potency DoT that stays up for 60 seconds, and it's a cone AoE. There's a new 2 minute spell that deals 500 potency damage, 1000 when it's raining/thunderstorming. Another that's an 800 potency on a 2 min cooldown. There's two new spells for another burst of high damage when using one to proc the other. Over all it's very possible to beat it in under seven or so minutes.
Luckily for you, that's not needed this time. Achievement requires you leaving the crystal alive and avoiding all AoEs after that and only using physical damage spells. However you also need the Elemental Mastery (1 of each element cast) and Walk in the Park (no sprinting)
This was a great help. Thank You
Any tips against the aoe lasers with the 4 dolls in the second phase? Sometimes I get left with 500 hp sometimes I just die.

How do you survive the Rupture of the slime in p1? i did the exact same thing but it always kills me^^
You're supposed to freeze it and vibrate it
@@keepmeonpins yea saw that its much ez then in this video^^
How do you take only 26796 damage from the Slime's rupture explosion?
They cast Bad Breath right after it was summoned giving the slime a damage down debuff. Even Goldor got it the moment it was cast on him.
How are you surviving the slime blast? I’m using mighty guard and diamondback and I’m still dying at full health
You can take the slime out with The Ram's Voice + Ultravibration combo if it's giving you trouble, friend!
Gear and or food
If you noticed Bad Breath, it gave the slime damage down making it seeming as if the explosion would only hurt him but not a lot.
Can exuviation drop the heavy stat from goldor gravity?
Looks like no. Just going from what I'm seeing, debuffs you can remove have a white bar on top, and this one does not.
Do you do this fight with the lvl 70 weapon first time?

@@Sohi1388 Time trial? What do we have to do to get it?

I just wanna know how ur supposed to beat this in under 6:50… cuz if it’s like friar rush, I’m assuming that’s how we get the gentleman’s umbrella
