Not only is this good to know. I like the fact that you got right to the point, and didn't spend half of the video explaining.
Thank you!

Great tip on the hamstring stretch!!! I do that stretch daily and it is hard on my knees! I will change my technique TODAY!!! But I don't want to stop doing box jumps! I get a lot out of them. I will take more care coming down from the box, though. Thanks for this video!
You're so welcome! And of box jumps feel good, they are ok:)
Thank you for this as I fight LUPUS & RA =) Much appreciated!
You are very welcome! The bed workout might feel good too

Thank you for showing alternative exercises...now I can stretch my hamstrings ...Could you pls tell me what you think of a mini stepper machine for sore knees?
You’re welcome! The stepper varies person to person. Some people find it ok and others don’t so it’s kind of an experiment!
Great. I like these types of videos. It's good to see what not to do. I'm guilty of going heavy on the leg extensions. Is using low to no weights and higher repetitions, ok?
Definitely better:)
Great video…
Thanks!
I didn’t know side kicks are bad for the knee. I wondered why my knees hurt after kickboxing. Thanks for the info!
Happy to help!
How to make strong and visible quadriceps without making knees worse. If i am not mistaken those muscles make stabilize knee's. I use leg extension machine, ride bicycle, these moves pump muscles around knees. Sometimes I use sled push, pull. Or Lunge. Some use knee bands for ease, do you recommend?
Always the best timing and best body on TH-cam ❤
When I watch Dr Kristie my eyes 👀 get a real good workout 🤠 love that kung fu kick too😸
Thank you for everything you do % 😘👑💎✌🖐✋👌👍👏💙❤💖💣💥
You are so welcome 🤗
Oh man i did jumping squats for the first time in like a decade sunday before the last and I badly hurt my knee. I thought doing them on sand would make them safer but oh boy i was wrong. Physiotherapy helped with swimming daily and now itsbfully recovered tha nk God!
Sand is softer but it’s uneven so actually can be more challenging for the knee! Glad you are feeling better:)
@@drkristieennis Exactly what my physiotherapist said! Thanks for the kind words.
🙏 💐 Lord bless you 🤲
Thank you!
Dr. Hottie, Its hard to focus on what you're saying
😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
La,la,la,la👙
The box jump does NOT put a lot of force on your knees. It is the jumping or stepping back down that imparts that shock NOT the jumping up. You have been misinformed.
It actually can be both, especially the higher the box. Notice I also said that it’s clearly ok for some people, as it’s an exercise my son does.
