Ya know I am beginning to think there is a power supply problem, specifically in the digital version, and in relation to a external storage, I’ve battled 2 other ps5’s with a plethora of errors, and they both had externals, I went to the internal on both and just like magic no more errors, I think they used one that barley manages power output to the console peripherals and GPU, and something like a external drains just enough to slowly erode at the system and it’s performance, I may just be building that conspiracy in my head, I haven’t looked at any curves, but it does make sense, I see a lot of posts on Reddit and such related to externals, and I’m leaning towards this being the culprit, I’d love to know your thoughts on it

That "you should hear and feel a click" part can cause some serious confusion for people with paranoia and OCD. It's just SSD hitting the back end of the connector with momentum, as there should be nothing that actually latches onto SSD. Huge amount of people been saying they never hear this "click" and official Sony guide never mentions about it.
