SOoo, If we bought an Optimus, can we request a few "modifications"? Like add a radiation detector and Telescopic optics and take the TESLA logo off the from across the chest like some stupid billboard.

As far as the rad-detector goes, the way the world is waring with eachother, it seems like that would be a standard tool for survival.

That never happened, it was strictly controlled!
Obviously the person could get injured. But that can be caused by people too, even by themselves... agression is a human emotion/trait, robots don't have feelings so they don't have agression. But ofcourse, accidents are possible whenever you use a tool.
If you use a car, a saw, a drill, hot water to clean your house... it all requires care and safety strategies!
If you are cutting ingredients for cooking with a knife, you can hurt yourself as well.
But perhaps you mean when robots malfunction or get hacked. Hacks do sound dangerous, it will require some non-digital, non-remote, physical safety measures.
