I ate this so many times when I lived in trinidad.....now a u.s citizen I still cook my home food...this is really good..PHENOMENAL MAGNIFICENT AWESOME....
I will patiently wait for the recipe on Caribbean Pot. This will certainly help us through the rest of winter added to the other recipes you have generously provided 😊
This is random, but growing up my family had chili and pepperoni rolls as a traditional meal in the winter. I was going to do chili tomorrow, but I'm going to give this a go instead. Can't beat a solid recipe from Chris!
Uncle Chris, long time I ain see yuh. Ah say leh meh pop in check in with ya. Nice to see you still on your grind. All the best for the new year. Keep up the great content.🥰🥰🙌🙌
Have enjoyed some of your recipes, well done. May I suggest one thing for your cheaper meats a teaspoon of Baking soda. Especially when marinating. The Chinese of Trinidad use this to great success. Keep up the good work, I will continue looking in on your you tube channel as I find it to bring i little bit of home to me. If only you could bake some Bajun Sweet Bread. :-D.
Nice, I got a bottle of "Caribbean Green Seasoning" because of one of your other videos.... which I then forgot, so I've been sitting on it (not actually, it's on a shelf). I'm pretty sure I have everything but habaneros...but all my grocery stores have them, but I've never actually used one in anything. Eh, first time for everything I guess.
Making this today down in Florida. Thanks, Chris!
