Hello everyone and welcome back to another feel good Friday! Hope you enjoy this transformation had a blast filming it. What was your favourite part? I think Arthur stole the show when he was trying to show me a pumpkin 😂
Ewwww that nasty green carpet should have been taken out...Ben should have advise Barbara that fake moss /carpet should be toss out..i cant imagine the stunk musty dirty filthy smell
That made a big difference! Nice job, Ben! My preference would be to be rid of the artificial turf and prep the soil beds and seed it with grass. It would be low maintenance and make a pleasant green garden that Barbara can enjoy while having a tea or meal.
Artificial grass awful. Grass is more more environmentally friendly too, anything outside becomes a burden to the infirm if they can't maintain it. Theres low maintenance, but there's never a no maintenance garden!
Thanks! What a great job! I think Barbara needs to plant some grass seed and /or flowers and enjoy the beautiful brickwork she has. Hate that green turf!
Wow what a great clean up job on that back garden. If I was Barbara, I would make a path down the middle once she removes that fake grass. Then I would plant a nice vegetable garden on the left and right she can pick from. Tomatoes, cabbage, red bell peppers, sweet onions, green onions, cherry tomatoes (very expensive here to buy), even cantelope at the back. She could save a lot of money with fresh garden stuff that wouldn't cost much to buy or maintain. Nice family outro. Those kids will have these video's for when they are old. I still love baked pumpkin seeds. A rare treat!
Wow what a mess. I'm glad you cleaned it for the lovely lady to make her day. I wish lots of luck with your business. You a such a nice man to do this for people.
The base of this garden is great. If you want low maintenance, consider creeping thyme or sedum with woodsnippets in between. Gives you butterflies and bumblebees. Bring in some bushes for height. As for planting choices: look at neighbours gardens. Photograph what you like. If it grows well there , it probably will here
I would suggest a bird bath between the two circular paving stone sections. Either gravel underneath or low growing plants like alyssum or creeping phlox.
Bless your heart 4 even washing her windows too. It's a great tidy up. It's an interesting space. Might b a nice space 2 watch the birds, paint a small bird house.Put a sand bath, + bird bath there. Read a good book, & enjoy one's own company with a favorite drink & snack.
What an amazing house warming gift to give someone. Well done on this garden transformation. You've got a heart of gold, the sweetest little boys and lovely wife. May you be blessed as you bless others.
Worked your magic again Ben but if it were me no way would I have that artificial turf back rid rid horrible loved the pumpkin outing with your loverlly family again Ben keep up good work god bless you and yours Rita
Hey there, this is just a thought. I have watched just about all of our videos in the last 14 hours, I have a few more to go. I see what you are doing and it is fantastic! One thing I notice is that so many of the home owners that are in this postition are elderly and do not have any "food" growing on the property. So many nicely bricked patios, a very common thing in your area. Is there someone in your area that could go in and plant up these home with food crop perennial mainly and some annual that would reseed naturally. Garden of Eden all over the place. LOL, and miss Barbara asked for suggestions this time! Cheers from Oklahoma!
I cannot believe you are just beaming at the beginning of these videos. If I’d walked up or open a gate on some of the messes you’ve cleaned up - I’d cry! Bless her heart! One of the hardest things for us elderly is asking for help. I bet she hasn’t had her drapes opened in quite a while! You and you family are the best! Much love! ❤️
What a result. So much nicer for your client. Good job. Have you thought about getting a wet & dry vac to remove the muddy water after pressure washing? Otherwise the muddy water will just dry on the bricks & make them look dirty again. Just an idea. 😊
I don’t know what’s more wonderful to watch, the amazing work, gorgeous family or that angelic smile on your face when you work😇 May God continue to richly bless you and yours!
This looks so beautiful WITHOUT THE GRASS. Gorgeous brick pattern. Ben, your work is so impeccable. You never cut corners like some of the other channels. So I quit watching them and you ate the best of the best.
Box of grass seed would give her a nice little lawn area with the decorative bricks in the middle, add some potted Palm trees, Tree Ferns, Bromeliads, Yucca's along the fence and it would be a nice space!
I just love to see the colors in the bricks come out!👍🌈Fill the dirt spots with brick too since she is unable to keep it up. Will look nice, maybe fix drainage issue too.❤
Gosh, that was a real weed-fest! Shame the lovely brickwork is covered by the green ‘carpet’. Hopefully in the spring Barbara will be able to plant some nice evergreen shrubs that will be low maintenance and provide colour all year. Lavender would also be nice and not too much work. You did a great job particularly given the absence of drainage! Theo’s outfit was so cute! Yes, Arthur saying ‘pumkin’ was the cutest! Love that he got muddy and didn’t even seem to notice!
Thank you Mishka, always appreciate you taking the time to comment. I’ll mention the lavender to Barbara! Hope you have a great weekend with your family
Shrubs along the fences, maybe lower perennials away from the fences, like lavender, catmint (bees love the blue flowers), penstemons, heuchera, and then lower groundcovers and mulch. Perhaps a bird bath and something comfy to sit on and a table to rest a cup and plate on.
Ben you put a smile on people’s faces as soon as you start a video, you always look happy. Garden looked so much better after you sorted it out,❤❤ Pauline, Wiltshire
This was a beautiful job, Ben. If Barbara's not a gardener, I'd recommend a creeping ground cover for the soil. If she just doesn't have the time to garden but loves flowers, lavender, dianthus, flowering shrubby plants can do the trick. Of course there's always planting individuals with a 4" mulch layer. This isn't a weed free solution but will help a lot.
What a lovely and clean transformation. The brick work is amazing. It would be fabulous next spring to frame it with small perennial shrubs, with not a inch of turf in sight. The most outstanding sight are your two precious children. The gift of life. Congratulations.
I think this is a beautiful thing to do for someone and give them something to look forward to seeing. You do a amazing work on all that you do ❤️. God bless you 🙏❤
Ben you did another marvelous job. Thanks for helping out Barbara. She could always recut the green carpet and just fit it over the dirt areas. Still have a beautiful brick area for a small table and chairs, maybe also a bird bath. A few planters of flowers etc would be easy to maintain and pretty to look at.
You did good considering the mess you had to conquer! Take care! Love how your boys are so sweet and innocent and just a pure joy! Happiness is what they exude!
No waffling about Ben , Lets go get it done. It's wonderful how the patio came out. Your children always put a BIG smile on my face ...... THANK YOU BEN.😁
Garden would look really nice with a short tight ground cover right by the pavers, maybe a moss. And then of course add flowers to the wall edges. And no tiny garden is complete without a small bistro set. Is just very cute and you did a wonderful job bringing it back to life
Lovely job. That top area is just gagging for a nice bit of gravel in the mud areas. Or preferably, throw a load of grass seed in there and let it grow.
Cracking job! For a space like that, growing lawn chamomile is great coz (as long as there’s no grass seeds left) it’s maintenance free and smells beautiful when you walk on it 😊
Wow, that's a stunner. Great area to start on in the spring, I would suggest various succulents if gardening is a problem for Barbara, don't take much caring for and they can be placed in things that are a good hight to avoid bending or kneeling. You can get nice trailing ones, flowery ones and some also cover the ground areas. Bet she can't stop looking out back. Loved the outro as always, Thank you so much.
Hi Ben Of course this was another great video. What a transformation. Not only to the yard but I'm sure it lifted Barbara's spirit and put a smile on her face. As always enjoy seeing the family. Theo and Arthur were so cute dressed in the pumpkin outfits. Yes, Arthur stole the show. It was fun watching him carry the pumpkin to the cart. Praying that you make it to the two blessings a week. Got yourself a trimmer, at last. And a new dust pan it looks like. Some good tools always help in any "Trade" Thanks for your giving soul, it's heartwaming. Keep it going and giving and maybe the rest of us will do the same.🌿👍👍👍
Well, Ben, you make it look easy, but the pros always do. Great job on that transformation. The pumpkins (big and little) are a delight! Thanks for all you do ❤.
17:40 All Barbara needs to have done is some pavers in the two remaining squares that are in the very middle. One up the top near back fence, and the other in the middle. That means she can then walk in the middle...and if she plants some low hight little trees, all along both of the strips (alone side fence, and near the garage). In a year they will look amazing. It will be a lovely spot to sit down more close to the house and just look at, maybe even a few flowers closer to the house. You did one very great job of cleaning that mess up, from the looks of it must have been well over a years work.
Good afternoon Ben Well, since you asked for opinions, here's mine: get rid of that mangy old outdoor carpet, it's hiding a beautiful patio, and my recommendation is to get raised bed planters so it's easier for Barbara to maintain herself, and plant a bug in her ear about planting lot's of veggies, at least that's what I would plant, flowers are nice but can you really eat them? Just my opinion Holy Toledo, you need to get something to make those boys from growing so fast, they're just the bee's knees lol
Brilliant transformation Ben, I know I have said it before but you are so kind hearted, bet Barbara was more than happy...the boys are so alike...beautiful...
Ben, thank you for the music. It is wonderful not to have to listen to power tools! Watching is more pleasurable! It is great watching you help others. 😊 Cheers
😂 We’re all so different! I love the sound of the tools. Maybe not at full volume as if you were there, but I found it weird and kept wanting to check my phone’s volume control! If you don’t like the sound, you can always mute. But there’s no way to add found back. 😢
Like your bravery. Barbara will be rescued. Fun seeing what you are finding as you clear weeds. Like the brickwork pattern in one square. Well, this became a pretty spectacular change. Couldn't tell it could look that way when you started out. Great job of encouraging Arthur that he "could" carry pumpkins.
I just love to watch your enthusiasm! Always a sweet smile and a can-do attitude and you just get it done. It was night and day. Hope you’ll go back next spring to show us what Barbara ended up doing with it! Theo and Arthur in their pumpkin outfits! 🥰 They looked like they were having the time of their lives carrying all the pumpkins around. Your beautiful wife always has the boys looking so nice and they are such happy children. I look forward to the Family Outro every time!🎃
I am definitely not a garden specialist, but I do feel that the layout and foundation of that garden is really solid and very pretty! I hope Barbara makes/made it a lovely little haven!
Amazing what you achieved in one day. You obviously enjoy what you do for people. I am a keen gardener and have helped a few friends who couldn’t manage their garden and its so rewarding. Well done.
Not sure what the shrubbery of choice is in the UK. But I would definitely get rid of that turf and plant some low maintenance shrubbery that would also help take up the water when it rains or there is snow melts. There didn't seem to be a good drainage in that space. Perhaps even a couple ornamental trees as well.
My favourite part was the clean Astro turf and it fitting perfectly into that space. I thought it was just a random piece of turf! 😅 Awesome work. Well done! 🎉🎉🎉
Great job Ben! 👏🏽 Like the brick work, shame drainage was not put in place. I am not a fan of the artificial green grass rug. I would get rid of it. Also a patio table, chairs and umbrella would look nice. Also because of no drainage I would put raised planters with colorful plants. Something she could do in spring. Love family outtro. Great job overall, thank you for blessing Barbara 🙏🏼🌹🌟😊
Hello everyone and welcome back to another feel good Friday! Hope you enjoy this transformation had a blast filming it. What was your favourite part? I think Arthur stole the show when he was trying to show me a pumpkin 😂
what is the strimmer
Another great job. I would definitely get rid of the outdoor carpet/“grass” and expose the lovely brick work beneath it. Love the family outro. 👍🏼❤️
Thank you so much as always! Definitely got to chuck that fake grass in spring and start a nice blooming garden
The shitty fake grass was covering the shitty muddy yard.
Ewwww that nasty green carpet should have been taken out...Ben should have advise Barbara that fake moss /carpet should be toss out..i cant imagine the stunk musty dirty filthy smell
Oh, the fake grass going back over the brick broke my heart
Disgusting looking he should has asked her what if she wants it gone. She cannot take it up and away.
That made a big difference! Nice job, Ben! My preference would be to be rid of the artificial turf and prep the soil beds and seed it with grass. It would be low maintenance and make a pleasant green garden that Barbara can enjoy while having a tea or meal.
The artificial turf would definitely have to go 🙈
But Barbara might not have help with maintaining so maybe the turf is kept because it's low maintenance
Artificial turf also needs maintenance. Dirt collects and weeds populate. Looks terrible. 😫
Artificial grass awful. Grass is more more environmentally friendly too, anything outside becomes a burden to the infirm if they can't maintain it.
Theres low maintenance, but there's never a no maintenance garden!
Why can ver thst beautiful brickwork??
Thanks! What a great job! I think Barbara needs to plant some grass seed and /or flowers and enjoy the beautiful brickwork she has. Hate that green turf!
How are you Colleen? Thank you so much for your generosity to the channel and helping me help others
@@FlawlessCleaningServices you are welcome! Happy to support you in your blessings. All is well here in my part of the world!
The brickwork and pavers look like someone prepared that back garden to grow veggies or flowers in tidy beds. That is what I would do with it.
A bit of turf on there and expose the patio work and I will look lovely, great job Ben 👍
Wow what a great clean up job on that back garden. If I was Barbara, I would make a path down the middle once she removes that fake grass. Then I would plant a nice vegetable garden on the left and right she can pick from. Loved the tile work under the ugly astro turf. That could be a beautiful zen garden with the right plants and decorations!!!
Love the brick work you found there. everything looks so much better. Thanks.
Thanks
Aw thank you Jo! You are awesome
You do a great service for so many.
As we Bless others my friend We are Blessed. I love what you do for others, your kindness truly blesses those lives you are touching.
I just love to see the colors in the bricks come out!👍🌈Fill the dirt spots with brick too since she is unable to keep it up. Will look nice, maybe fix drainage issue too.❤
Great clean Ben! I think getting a new turf in, which is fitted properly and shows that beautiful square paving details would be fabulous.
I hope Barb get herself a nice table a chairs and flower boxes to enjoy.
Gosh, that was a real weed-fest! Shame the lovely brickwork is covered by the green ‘carpet’. The green carpet / fake grass was indeed a shame. Sorry to say I would have chucked it without a second thought.

You have made it into a very nice place that she can go out and enjoy a bit of fresh air
Don’t be afraid to cut back bushes!! They grow much better with a good chop x
The more experience I get i’ll be more ruthless 😊
What a lovely and clean transformation. The brick work is amazing. It would be fabulous next spring to frame it with small perennial shrubs, with not a inch of turf in sight.

Wow. Truly BEAUTIFUL. You sir are a truly KIND SOUL.
Thanks for helping Barbara out, Ben. You are a gem!
Thank you Caru for watching and leaving a comment it means the world 😊
I wonderful makeover, Ben, and as usual, your little boy stole the show. Arthur is adorable🥰

Love how you help people.
I don’t know which I like better, your transformations or your family outro.
If they both bring you joy, then that makes me happy!
WOW WOW WOW,what a difference Ben you have done some job for Barbara AGAIN, keep up the GREAT WORK AND BLESSINGS.
The Astro turf has got to go! I’m 66 and I would sooo trip on that. Anyplace there’s dirt, plant! I love the bricks - show them off!
Well done you!
You sir
Are a BLESSING
God bless you, Ben. No good deed goes unrewarded.
Ben where is your Dad, haven't seen him lately is he ok ?
Arthur is a natural with that camera .
Looks so much better. Very inspiring.
Lovely job. That top area is just gagging for a nice bit of gravel in the mud areas. Or preferably, throw a load of grass seed in there and let it grow.
Cracking job!
For a space like that, growing lawn chamomile is great coz (as long as there’s no grass seeds left) it’s maintenance free and smells beautiful when you walk on it 😊
Ben, I love love your show, thank you for honouring the elderly.
Love your two boys also!!!!!
Excellent!!! 🤗❤👍
Transformed Barbara's garden from weeds and grime to a pleasant area to look at,even enjoy a cup of tea outside.
Enjoyable day out with the pumpkins 🎃
Thank you as always 😊
Wow, that's a stunner. Great area to start on in the spring, I would suggest various succulents if gardening is a problem for Barbara, don't take much caring for and they can be placed in things that are a good hight to avoid bending or kneeling. You can get nice trailing ones, flowery ones and some also cover the ground areas. Bet she can't stop looking out back. Loved the outro as always, Thank you so much.
Hi Ben
Of course this was another great video.
Also that one day the channel will be so big that' it will be blessings all the time.
Love your channel Love the family.
Stay blessed, healthy and safe
Got yourself a trimmer, at last. And a new dust pan it looks like. Some good tools always help in any "Trade" Thanks for your giving soul, it's heartwaming. Keep it going and giving and maybe the rest of us will do the same.🌿👍👍👍
Power washing looks fun, I want to try it.
Well, Ben, you make it look easy, but the pros always do. Great job on that transformation. The pumpkins (big and little) are a delight! Thanks for all you do ❤.
Aw thanks Carol, still got loads to learn with gardening side of things but loving the transformation
God bless you and the batch of folks to help take care of yourselves.
Great improvement. Personally, I'd pave the astroturfed area and get some garden furniture.
17:40 All Barbara needs to have done is some pavers in the two remaining squares that are in the very middle. One up the top near back fence, and the other in the middle. Well, since you asked for opinions, here's mine: get rid of that mangy old outdoor carpet, it's hiding a beautiful patio, and my recommendation is to get raised bed planters so it's easier for Barbara to maintain herself, and plant a bug in her ear about planting lot's of veggies, at least that's what I would plant, flowers are nice but can you really eat them? Just my opinion
Holy Toledo, you need to get something to make those boys from growing so fast, they're just the bee's knees lol
Brilliant transformation Ben, I know I have said it before but you are so kind hearted, bet Barbara was more than happy...the boys are so alike...beautiful...
Thanks Jo! Just want to get more and more nominations and help as many as I can
I just love these types of gardens! So compact in a right mess and you work your magic. Well done Ben
Thank you! Got a bigger and better one coming next Friday 😊
Your little pumpkins are so cute! ♥️🎃♥️🎃♥️
I love forward to you videos! Thank you for your kindness to others.
This was delightful ! I am sure she was so grateful and will enjoy her home so much more. Thank you !

Du bist einer der besten Cleaner welchen ich auf TH-cam bisher gesehen habe.
Sah schon viele andere, nur einige sind so gut wie Du 🏡🍀🌟
Amazing what you achieved in one day. You obviously enjoy what you do for people. I am a keen gardener and have helped a few friends who couldn’t manage their garden and its so rewarding. Well done.
Not sure what the shrubbery of choice is in the UK. But I would definitely get rid of that turf and plant some low maintenance shrubbery that would also help take up the water when it rains or there is snow melts. There didn't seem to be a good drainage in that space.

Hola soy nueva suscriptora, tus hijos son hermosos y te felicito 👏👏😻😻 saludos y bendiciones desde Puerto Rico
What an amazing transformation! God bless you for being such a help. And yes, Arthur is ADORABLE & certainly stole the show. 😁
My favourite part was the clean Astro turf and it fitting perfectly into that space. I thought it was just a random piece of turf! 😅 Awesome work. Well done! 🎉🎉🎉
Love the children at the end, such giggles!
Great job Ben! 👏🏽 Like the brick work, shame drainage was not put in place. I am not a fan of the artificial green grass rug. I would get rid of it.
