Hello you lovely people! How are we all doing? I know I know.. how dare dad go on holiday.. he'll back next week lol. I seem to be getting all the brambles at the minute but loving this Oregon blade. We saw Norman today and will done the final visit for the new windows, so they will be getting made and take 4-6 weeks to arrive. Have a great weekend
Hi Ben, you mention the Oregon Blade, but which multi tool do you use with it please? Great clear up vid as usual!
Nice! I bet he we will feel a lot cozier and dry this winter.
so was it Peter's garden or a neighbors?
Hi Ben and Family! .. Ben, Does that tool or blade you use mulch the brambles into the ground ? love, love, Loved the after, I breathed a sigh of relief myself!... I missed Dad too and the comedy.... You work so hard with such a good heart, I am proud I subscribed. .... keep up the great work.... Santa is watching👀 " the grind line " ....lol
Bless you for your engagement with Norman. New windows, he must be chuffed ❤❤
I don’t understand why the neighbors just didn’t keep their side of the fence cut. Here in Sweden if something grows into your garden you can cut it even if it’s a branch of a tree
The neighbours should. I believe in the Uk, you are allowed to cut down plantation that intrudes into your property. Technically the cut branches and leaves belong to other side and you should offer them back. But in practice, no one cares.
Same in the U.K. Brexit hasn’t changed that!😂🤣🏴
We can also do likewise in California where I live.
Tennessee here... you can cut your side of the fence of growth ie. vines, bushes or trees.
Same in New Hampshire.
Doesn't anyone ever come out and offer to help? Im An 80 year old woman and I don't think I could watch someone work so hard without doing something to help! Thank you for your kindness x❤
Absolutely...I am old school too😅
@@user-dv4pt9kq8zThey might have mobility problems, or be ashamed and not want to be filmed for everyone to see and judge them.
if i was doing this for you (an 80 yo woman) the only help i would take from you is a good cup of tea, no one makes a better cupa,
👏👏👏👏💪💪💪💐
Probably a matter of insurance for the workers. A lot of offers of tea and biscuits!
Wow, I noticed everyone stayed indoors and didn’t offer to help you. You did a brilliant job. 👏👏👏
Ben you are THE FLAWLESS CLEANER.you are awesome..your kids must be proud. Wish more Dads were hard working like you.😊
Ben, I’m a viewer from Canada and love your ministry. I will say your equipment is grossly underpowered though! I am encouraging your other viewers to contact Stihl UK to ask them to donate a pile of equipment for your work! God bless!
That's a massive job to do on your own. Well done young man....instead of people sending written warnings why don't they help out. You don't know what someone is going through you're proof that not all hero's wear capes....some wear wellies and carry bramble cutters. Thank you Ben for everything you do. Love to you and your family xx
❤❤❤❤
💕 💕
Seems Luke it will never end
Just like you said " you don’t know what someone might be going through" so you can't judge the neighbours for sending just letters...
@@lilaclime2228 it's the local council that sends out the letters following complaints from the neighbours. It's likely that maintaining the garden is included as a condition of the lease. Some councils like mine, do offer some assistance to disabled or elderly residents but in cash strapped councils the service has been cut back.
Your dad must have seen all the brambles that’s why he went to Spain 😂. I know your a young man but you have got to be completely exhausted after a job like this. You get some rest and a beer after all that work 🍺.great job Ben !
He text me saying “i’m not missing that” I was cream crackered but recharged nicely!
Cream crackered! 😂
Alot of work there. Job very well done. Thought the same about your Dad going to Spain. A premonition of an upcoming job? 😂
Nice to see you show family time. Always so important. 👍👍
That was alot for one man, I know you could have used dad on this one, but you gotter done and did a great job 👍👍👍👍
My neighbor and I share side yards. There are two trees on my property that shade both of us throughout the day. That said, I have them trimmed and thinned every year. I always tell him when I’m doing it and we discuss it. Essentially, they are shaped so that nothing is near or over his house and he still gets morning shade. In exchange he gives me fresh roasted coffee that he roasts himself. Life is good.
You and your Dad are doing such a wonderful thing for everyone. Not only are you helping the owners and neighbors but you are showing everyone what we should all be doing, helping one another in ways that we are able. Thank you for being such a great example
Some People are just lazy or simply don’t care no excuses your clearing many years of growth. Occasionally it’s obvious that the residents are very elderly and exceptions have to be made. You work so hard I hope you get the outcome that you deserve by doing these programmes. ❤
Loved seeing the frustration of the neighbor turn into genuine appreciation to you and for you. Truly the example of being kind and enjoying the results. Incredible job especially on your own - you can understand the guy being so chuffed with his view now ❤
Thank you for seeing it the way I intended it
Hope they kept you topped up with tea and biscuits! 😊
As a friend of Santa 🎅🏻, I’m fairly certain he watches your videos.
Great work, as always 🙂

Thank you so much for not only taking care of the yard you came for but also taking care of the overgrowth for the neighbors. You are truly appreciated! That was not an easy job! You did great as always. And yes, your dad would have been a big help! We love to see him with you.
❤❤❤❤
Do the neighbours ever offer to give you a hand? That was handwork alone. You smashed it. Well done 👏
Wonderful work, thank God for all that give and help others. Praise the Lord ❤
I'm amazed that this homeowner and the other neighbors didn't take a few minutes now and again in the three years to trim the overhang. "It's not my responsibility" morphed into "It's not my garden anymore".
That's one thing I miss about living in an apartment, not having a yard...and then after seeing this video, I'm glad I live in an apartment. 😂 Great job! I'm surprised there weren't any critters hiding in all of the overgrowth.
Love what you are doing to help oldies. ❤
Glad to see dad is taking care of himself. And that garden….I feel that the neighbors could have cut their side. All this neighbor fighting could have been avoided.
Grimeline and Strimline. Great job again Ben. How nice for Dad to be sunning it ❤
Thanks Tracy! Hope you have a great weeknd
@@FlawlessCleaningServices You too!. No easy job that. 👍
Yes,good name for it STRIMLINE.
Your little boy is so adorable. So sweet. And you made a great job of all that garden Ben well done. But bet you missed your dad on that one lol. X
Thank you Sharon, I love the way he looks at the world!
Ben we need more people like you in our world. This was a hard job with caring about another human being behind it. So sweet. Ben you and your Dad have beautiful hearts.❤
Exactly, you are responsible for the stuff on your own side of the garden. That's like me moaning that the neighbour won't cut my lawn
Absolutely no reason why the neighbour whose garden it had overgrown into couldn’t have cut it back. Letting it get into that state over three years and then moaning about it. Just laziness.
People don't usually cut the other side, as it's always been.
@@dianapugh1534, They could have cut it on their own side so it never got to that point. That was just being a rude neighbor.
You know Nothing about that neighbours situation. They could be ill, weak, poorly, disabled or elderly. They could have depression. They may already have done this several times before and it just keeps on coming back. My initial thoughts were similar but my experience helps me to understand more ❤
I definitely would not of done this job, the guy must be bone idle
@@leonwatts1420 Or disabled ? Who are you to judge. Do people judge you like that?
So lovely to see a person extending kindness to strangers so they can enjoy their life a little more.
No grime line.....bramble line maybe....or brush line....I like when you show these side-by-side ....shows how much has been accomplished. Sorry your dad was having such a "terrible" time and wasn't there to help...LOL. Loved this one...great job!
The garden gnome in the corner. "What Year is it I haven't seen a soul in years and never thought I would see sunlight again" xD
The whole time, I was watching for your Dad to surprise you. Great job Ben as always
me too! haha
Yeah that’s pretty much anywhere. If it’s on your property you can cut it
The drink pic was the surprise. Looked yummy. He'll come back rested and ready to make us laugh
I love when you use the long saw to peel a fence clean
We’ve come to expect your very hard graft on these garden rescues, so top marks yet again Ben for not only the main garden clean-up, but keeping the neighbours happy too. The outros with your children are wonderful, they’re lovely, sweet kids. God bless xx
That was a very thoughtful solution to think of, to help others struggling with a spill-over from vines, etc. Amazing how well those brush blades handle such difficult growth. That home is going to have a huge recovery of space and perhaps visibility as well. 9:46, just realizing you are about to have a big Grime Line, you've almost cleared vines from the one side. A Grime Line still seems to work in various areas. It might be power washing, it can be the comparison between a mowed and unmowed section of lawn, etc. We tend to think of mowing or pruning places in a block, but knocking-back overgrowth of something as overgrown Blackberries is just as vital, as it can cause a large loss of usable space, is impossible to walk through and can cause physical harm from thorns. Fallen fence emerging from under vines is tending to be unexpected. This is a WOW job in success. Nice bike ride with Theo.
Hi Ben, while we miss daddy Paul and his stunts it's nice to know he's enjoying himself somewhere in sunny Spain! At minute 8 it looked like you were fleecing a giant sheep! LOL! You tackled those brambles like a pro that you are. Suggestion: "check that bramble line out!" No episode is complete without the outro: what a joy to see Theo having a grand old time with his dad, moments he'll never forget!
Did you know that Santa is a subscriber! Bless Theo coming out with that lol. Dad will be back very soon for a good laugh!
Ben
You continue to amaze me.
When I started watching the channel you were doing some amazing patio and driveway transformations.
The only greenery was some moss or weeds growing on the surfaces.
Now you're tackling jungles
I love it
Each video keeps getting more exciting
Miss dad
Glad he's having a bit of holiday and enjoying himself.
Theo is going to have some great memories riding the bike with his dad.
So happy for you u
Wow hope homeowner keeps it clear now. Poor beighbours still have on their side. Amazing job.
Yes, Theo, Santa is always watching, so you have to be good all year long! Ben: that was a lot of overgrowth for one garden; glad you were able to get it all done. Have a blessed weekend.
The garden next door needs your help too 😊
Waiting on permission, fingers crossed
Truly excellent work Ben! Brambles are not fun, but you saved the yard and helped promote peace in the neighborhood. Well done. Hope your Dad is having a nice trip. Really enjoying the biking videos with the boys. Stay safe!
You're a pleasure to watch Ben. Thank you for your blessings to your community. Love the Family outros. Theo is adorable!

I haven't seen you in a few weeks. I love your videos. They calm me down as I suffer from anxiety. They make me feel like it's okay to slow down and not stress out about everything. Hope I see you soon. ❤
A great transformation again! Congratulations! Have a nice weekend!❤😊
Have a lovely weekend too! Thanks for watching
Your kiddo is ADORABLE!!!
Can't wait to see in a few years when it's 3 generations doing the work together.
what is all that called? You're doing a heck of a job. You are definitely an asset to the community and mankind. God bless.
The worst of it is Blackberries.
Blackberry bush aka brambles, they are a nightmare to get rid of once growing in your garden.
In Australia, we pay up to $7 for approximately 15 blackberries in a very small punnet. 😮😂
And they have stickers!😮
@@debbiearthur6381 they grow everywhere here, admit we do suggest you don't eat them from roads cos of the fumes but where I live (which ain't that far from where this is filmed I'm only about a hour drive depending on traffic) there are literally loads of thickets of brambles (and I mean loads i couldn't even pick the ones clean outside my back gate let alone all the other thickets), they are really easy to grow, best grown in a tub though or they will take over the garden, a small cutting will take very quickly and the next year you can have loads of blackberries 😊
Amazing work all on your own, looks so different, well done.
Made them happy.
Theo loving his ride with you, so cute and funny 😂
Yes, we watch for your delightful boys and fun dad. Santa could be watching, to many people he would be keeping an eye on his Flawless workers.
Oh, and we watch for you creating the clearance line, or jungle line. Take your pick.
Fantastic Transformation Flawless Guy, It wouldn't have lasted 30 days on my fence, let alone 3 years. Good Man Flawless Guy!
So glad you have a hedge trimmer to cut thru those bushes like butter. Big improvement to clear this fellows yard. You are doing a great job!
😢 Poor Ben! You did a titanic work, alone and with nobody to help you. You're so generous!
You and your dad are champions. 🏆🥇
It looked exhausting. As another commented, I kept expecting your dad to pop up like a superhero to the rescue! That, of course, would make two superheroes on the job
Father and son need to do the same. TAKE the time to enjoy each other while your here.Enjoy a pint and a giggle.Loved it. You can give us a giggle we're family. Love to you and your family.❤
As I watch these videos, I’m constantly impressed with the investment you put into these - not just the market value of your labour, but also material costs like fuel for your tools, disposal of the rotten fence material, veg material, and different things like chemicals and bringing water for homes that don’t have a tap for power washing… all out of your own pocket. You’re a superhero in my book, Ben 🦸♂️
I appreciate that! Thanks for watching and for the lovely comment
Missing your dad. How dare he go on holiday. LOL.
You do a great job on your own though.
I know lol, he gave me 2 days notice 😂

🥰 Howdy from Texas! Sweetest lil dimples. And thank you for helping people in need.
That was a massive job. Well done. I don't understand people who have garden don't grow stuff and take pride in their gardens. It is annoying when it grows on to other neighbours gardens.
Wow-what a job! I’m surprised the neighbors did not make demands long before now. I don’t have clear idea about owner of overgrown yard-are they elderly or disabled to have let the situation become so dire?
I was surprised by the large pieces of trash you found buried under brambles and sod. The property was so out of control that I did not have clear understanding of the boundaries of the yard and how it should have looked.
You did a fantastic job.
The fence had fallen down and rotted, so a new one will be going up to correct the boundary. From what I was told the tenant has been through a lot. Bottom floor has the front gardens, top floor has the rear gardens
Ben@@FlawlessCleaningServices Thanks So Much for Explaining!! Will Comment Above!!
That was one wild and crazy garden. You did a great job Ben!!!
It’s a good thing you were doing this in England and not Virginia, US. No telling how many varmints and creeping critters would have come out of that! 🤣 Top job!! ✨💖✨

The last garden we had to tackle like this, we found shovels, rakes, brooms, fridge freezer, bikes, buckets, bed springs, millions of toy cars, footballs, cupboard doors, and bags of rotting rubbish. The garden actually looked like it was just over grown grass 😂 was a crazy couple months 😳
I can't believe the lack of appreciation some people have for their yards and allowing such invasive plants to take over. What do you call the pans on long handles to pick up the debris. I would like to order one but can't seem to find it here in the USA or maybe dust pan or dust bin is not the appropriate name. Please let me know. And always the best to you and your wife on raising such wonderful kids and to your Dad as well for being supportive as well as funny.

A monumental task. You made that rake work like a fine-toothed comb. I had a front facing bicycle seat for my child which took us on amazing adventures to the nearby intracoastal waterway where we could stop and check on baby crabs and fish everyday. An occasional porpoise and big jellyfish too. Then we would head to the pine tree stand to watch squirrels chase each other around and around.
Dad is missed, hope he has a lovely break
