Absolutely. I am a patron, though disabled I feel like I'm helping these people if I give some to Ben each month. It's not much, $4, but it helps and makes me feel good about it. Love him and his lovely dad.
I love that he cleans up the mud after pressure washing. I watch so many of these that just kind of spray everywhere and then are like "ta-da!" Like, dude, yeah, it looks better, but it doesn't look great. It just kind of looks muddy now instead of dingy and overgrown.
It truly is a blessing. It's amazing as we age, how we just can lose the energy for such tasks. It's like a shrinking border of what we're able to do. Having this chore done not only takes that extra burden of "gotta get that done" off, but gives a warm feeling of a beautiful house again thanks to a kind soul. ❤
That was a really good grime line and great color change. Nice catch helping with the leaf cleanup they couldn't manage. Also nice catch with weeding the little bed for them. It will all add up to an extra good looking job and nice memories for them. In recent generations, a lot of people have lived in ways where they don't learn things as gardening or property upkeep. Media jumps to "walk into an immaculately kept home" without necessarily teaching how or that it takes a lot of time, whether yours or hiring someone with skills. So, your process of learning new things, and from elders at times, is going to be good to include. Looking at the time list, you really thought things out, from the trimming and weeding, sludge barrier to remembering the fence, windows, roof gutters... you set them up well. What an attractive end result.
What a fantastic result. Doing along under those bushes and cleaning the fence made the driveway look even better. And that was definitely one of your best grime lines ever!! Love that Theo was eating a magnum - my favourite ice cream….even though the chocolate always falls off!! Arthur is too cute - cheese! Clearly well trained for taking photos!! Meeting new people is fun, especially if they are senior citizens. Oh the stories they can tell you. Oh the advice they can share. Little Arthur is growing fast. I love to see everyone smile after they come out and see their new cleaned space. It puts pride back in them for their home. That guy will tell people for months about what you did for him for free. Well done.

I love watching pressure washing and gardening channels, but hardly anyone takes the time to take care of both. When you are helping someone it makes a big difference to clean up the garden and the patio. Great job!
I’m getting to that age, 50 with a sore lower back and hips, right shoulder (now a completely useless arm) from osteoarthritis. I find it extremely frustrating not being able to do what I used to do. Deeds like this mean soooo much! Thank you sir for your kindness…. What a world it would be if people helped others selflessly like this…. We’re all going to get older, have disabilities… thank you. 😊
Thank you for doing this for the elderly and for going that extra mile for them with guttering, fences and windows as well as the natter of course 😁 I hesitate to suggest this as you do so much already but have you considered disabled in this section. They can struggle with affording this sort of thing and some can be very lonely too with limited ability to get out in the community. As I said it really is just a suggestion you do so much already. Love the family outro and your family is just so lovely xx
No need to hesitate, it’s spot on what you said. I have adverts out to clean for someone in need.. elderly, disabled, single parents.. if you think someone is in need nominate them. It’s just harder to find someone in need.. but plenty more to come 😊

We are having construction done on our house right now and are surrounded by so much mess. It calmed me just a bit to see that lovely courtyard get all clean and bright again. So satisfying and don't put down your gardening skills! Just the fact that you made the effort to help that couple means loads of good even if you aren't a pro gardener.

We are having construction done on our house right now and are surrounded by so much mess. It calmed me just a bit to see that lovely courtyard get all clean and bright again. So satisfying and don't put down your gardening skills! Just the fact that you made the effort to help that couple means loads of good even if you aren't a pro gardener.

Your kind act could be keeping them safer as well as beautifying their homes. Just finished watching season two of Manhunter about the south London "Night Stalker" who preyed on the elderly for 25+ years. One of the first things that this vile burglar looked for was a neglected front yard.
